Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We were greeted by the lovely Rhea who's customer service was warm and welcoming.. we were upgraded to a larger suite with wraparound views across the F1 circuit, island, golf club. We were returning guests to Yas island and not stayed at this hotel previously, but will now be on the top of our list. Breakfast was great, and good outside space for breakfast. We used the pool next door as some maintenance being done around the pool which was no trouble at all.
Nothing, it was perfect end to our trip , we will return. Thank you to Rhea who checked in on us during our stay..

-double-rooms with 2 showers!
We were just a bit unlucky, as our windows faced the restaurant with the music at night.
A bit pricey for a 3 star hotel

The room was a free upgrade and it was beyond amazing. Staff were really helpful and friendly
The Mexican restaurant didnt seem very good at coping with the customer levels - about 50% capacity and the food took ages to arrive. It was lovely when it did arrive. We run a cafe, so we are reasonably qualified to make the above comments.

We liked the room and how easy it was to get to WB, Ferrari world, Water theme park and also the sea world
I felt like the receptionist were too rude
