Great for short stay and parks visit on Yas Island

- friendly and helpful staff - great location - close to everything on Yas island - tickets for the parks included! - well-equipped gym -double-rooms with 2 showers!

We were just a bit unlucky, as our windows faced the restaurant with the music at night. A bit pricey for a 3 star hotel

The Mexican restaurant didnt seem very good at coping with the customer levels - about 50% capacity and the food took ages to arrive. It was lovely when it did arrive. We run a cafe, so we are reasonably qualified to make the above comments.

Spacious, soundproof room with an amazing bed.

We received a room upgrade — it was very spacious with excellent soundproofing. The bed was incredibly comfortable! We loved the Mexican restaurant where we had drinks — wish we had more time to enjoy it!

We didn’t use the facilities due to a booked boat trip and rainy weather, and the pool area was under renovation, but the room alone made the stay very enjoyable.

the view was amazing and the room was vibrant, clean and very well decorated. everything was super clean and well organized

there was 1 main thing i didn’t particularly like about the whole experience. first one was about the balcony. i was in room 6515 and the balconies’ doors were so so hard to open! and the fact that you couldn’t smoke in the balcony was odd.

Comfortable, bright, clean & relaxing

I would like to thank Rhea and Rizalyn on reception for looking after during my two recent stays. They are both wonderfully professional and personable ladies! :-) I am already planning my return stay next year when I will tag on some holiday prior to my work commitments. Also, special mention to in room dining. I spoke with them every night to order my room service dinner. Brilliant every time!!

I have been coming to Park In. For years. The website for Expedia was not clear. Stated one price got another new management changed the look of The hallways. Very bad. The room was changed to suites. Not what was needed. Looked Run-down and bathroom fixtures in poor shape.

Everything was poorer quality. Staff was very nice.

Good location, friendly staff , recommended for short stays

The location is good , close to Etihad Arena and Yas Bay. Staff are friendly and helpful specially at the reception . The rooms are comfortable and cozy. You can walk to Nearby pool bars and restaurants in 5 minutes. We were upgraded to a suite with 2 bedrooms and living room . There’s valet parking.

The bed pillows were not comfortable . Also we had to pay 150 dirhams to play paddle on the tennis court. It’s too expensive for a guest who’s staying at the hotel .

I always stay at this beautiful hotel whenever I visit Abu Dhabi. I would like to thank the hotel management for the amazing upgrade. Many thanks to the receptionist Josef for being professional and helpful and keeping up with us during our visit. Plus, their breakfast buffet is various with delicious choices of food.

The property is very well maintained. They measure up to the standards they promise to offer. The sea view and the soothing sound of the waves wafting through air and into our rooms is quite an experience. The staff is their strength I believe. Every one of them was polite, warm and hospitable. The rooms are cleaned the linens are changed on everyday basis. Their pool, spa and other amenities that come with package ( spa- paid ) is definitely worthwhile. It’s a seamless experience they provide.

Minibar is missing. Limited option for dinner, only Mexican is available (Breakfast had excellent options and varieties like continental, Indian, Arabic, etc.). Especially not easy for vegetarians.

Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was wonderful, with loads of variety at a resonable price. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Location was great too, close to all Yas Island attractions. The pool was great. Would definitely recommend.

park inn upgraded us to Radisson blu next door, the rooms were bigger and the hotel was clean, housekeeping were helpful and friendly

Radisson blu check in staff was a bit rude at the beginning, not cooperative and didn’t make an effort to have our rooms same floor, he gave us a room in the second and seventh floor!! plus the second room was ready after 16:00 we were a big family and we had to wait in one room. on the check out day the reception failed to book us family taxi although we specifically asked for it the night before we had to squeeze in 4 taxis we were a family of 13 people including kids!!
