Very clean hotel, great choice for breakfast options and staff all so friendly and helpful. Location very close to Yas Shuttle stop (3 minutes walk)

Staff were super awesome. Especially Rojina went over and beyond to help with my daughter's birthday. Khaled was also ever obliging to help. Loved the hotel and staff

Beautiful reception, great staff, wonderful location

Too crowded at breakfast. Almost nowhere to sit. In the room, the doors are very thin. Anybody that walks in the corridor you can hear, makes it difficult to sleep. Airport is nearby, you can hear airplanes flying over.

Having stayed at the Crowne at Marina it wasn’t quite at the same level.

I was incredibly impressed with how spotless and well organized everything was. The staff were extremely professional and kind, and the breakfast had a fantastic variety. Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like about this property. In short, my stay was absolutely exceptional, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone. Plus, they offer a complimentary shuttle to Yas Island’s leisure parks, and there’s a super convenient bus right in front of the hotel that goes into Abu Dhabi city for just three to four dirhams.

Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like about this property.

I booked the hotel about 40 days ago and paid extra for a sea-view room. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told that the room was not available. I don’t understand how a room booked so far in advance could not be provided. On top of that, the room was not clean, and the kitchen sink was blocked, causing the water to back up.

Location and stuff were nice

They gave us a room where the bathroom flush wasn’t working, and we had to wait a long time for it to be fixed and for the room to be changed. Yes, they upgraded us to a suite, but we were delayed for three hours, constantly calling them for maintenance. Also, the cleanliness of the place wasn’t good. However, the location and staff were nice

The location is good and their facilities are great.

The recent renovation has significantly altered the aesthetic of the Crowne Plaza, and I'm disappointed with the new design. The previous signature style, which I appreciated, has been replaced with a more juvenile look, including fish-themed artwork. Additionally, the removal of small chairs for working and vanity use has impacted the room's functionality.

One of the many options at Yas Plaza on Yas Island. As I traveled to attend a concert, my main requirement was walking distance to Etihad Arena - hotel is located 15-10 mins walking to it. I got nice big room with huge bed, sofa, great view to plaza, kettle with tea/coffee, bathtub - everything needed for good rest.

1. Upon booking I chose option with "payment at the property" so I could pay directly at the reception upon arrival. Hotel tried to charge my card in the morning before I reached there which I was very surprised with - if I chose option of paying at the hotel, why are you charging me in advance? Then I got message that if I don't pay within 3hrs my booking will be cancelled. Whaaat? Ok, I paid immediately through website. When I arrived at the hotel I was asked to pay which I refused as I already paid and I was given key to my room. The moment I entered I got a call from reception saying that payment didn't go through so I had to go back and show them all proofs that it was paid. Turned out it was really paid so I got nervous and went down for no reason. 2. I was given a room with a door that connects with another room where a family with 2-3 kids was staying. Unfortunately on Sunday morning kids and family woke up at 6:30am and were listening to music, singing and shouting so I could hear them as if they were in my room. I don't mind waking up early but I attended concert the night before that ended at midnight and it was Sunday so I wanted to have some rest before heading back home. Obviously I couldn't sleep because of wonderful neighbours and my stay was completely wasted. At checkout a lady asked me if I enjoyed my stay and I explained why I didn't but no one cared. Wouldn't recommend this hotel - better check other options as there are few more next to Crowne Plaza.

I'm thankful this hotel was able to supply us with a pillow and blanket because nothing else is available in this location.

double bed is apparently a very hard ask, AC doesn't work even after maintenance pass by and fix it, rooms come with a water bottle but no cups, had to change rooms at 2 am due to the AC not working. delays in delivering the bags to the room for 30 min.

The room with lake view was simply stunning—beautifully furnished with a breathtaking view. The pool area was also delightful, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location is excellent, perfect for exploring Yas Island. Special mention goes to the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful!

Great location to the arena but no soundproofing!

There is no soundproofing in the hotel so whilst we booked for convenience to the arena we were kept awake until 3am until the concert stopped. The noise was like it was in the hotel. After which we were kept awake by hotel guest returning and talking in the corridor. There is literally little soundproofing in the rooms.

The staff were exceptional across the board. Really made our stay much better. Breakfast was great too!
