Nicely upgraded hotel, pity about the building site next door

The hotel is nicely renovated, got a good deal on an upgrade with ample space, nice sea view suite. Staff - big shout out to the manager Mostafa - were very helpful and prompt moving us from our suite to another room which was a bit further away from the building site.

There was a building site right next door, and the jack hammering was extremely disturbing at 6:45am on both days of the weekend. Understandably this is not the hotel's fault and there is nothing they can do about it. Word of advice, if you like to sleep past 6:45am try to get a room further away from the site.

The hotel we were made to shift by Radisson staff was good so no complaint it was cheaper too

We were made to shift to another hotel Yas Plaza by hotel reception when we reached well in time on 2/10/25 as hotel was full it seems but another hotel (we were made to shift) was convenient so no issues

The other hotel we were shifted by Radisson Blu was better located as bus stop was near and it has indian restaurant too but Radisson looked better aesthetic ally

Excellent location on Yas island for attending events on the island, good to have the Belgian Beer Cafe as part of the hotel, very friendly staff

Rooms are looking quite tired, in our shower we couldn't get a comfortable water temperature, any time we did it would last for a few seconds and then go very cold. Breakfast was also not great, in particular the egg station.

A beautiful stay with stunning views and peaceful ambiance, but needs better maintenance and noise control in the mornin

This was our first time staying at Radisson Blu Yas Island. We loved the beach view, the relaxing pool, and the golf course surroundings. The room was spacious and clean, and the check-in process was smooth.

Unfortunately, we were disturbed early in the morning around 8:00 AM by loud noise from electrical maintenance staff, which woke up our 3-year-old son in tears and disrupted our rest. Also, some minor maintenance issues were present, such as a bathroom light fixture that was loose and almost falling, and the Wi-Fi speed was quite slow at times.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Reasonably stocked gym and nice pool.

Beds were quite hard and some of the front desk staff struggled with English...but of course I don't speak Arabic or their native languages. But they were ultimately helpful and smiley. Breakfast was mayhem however. The space is too small for the number of guests.

Very clean, perfect location for the event we attended. Lovely pool facilities. Quiet. Nice enough executive lounge.

Staff were outstanding. Location was superb. Room was very comfortable. Pool was lovely. Dining facilities were good.

No in-room mini-bar. Coffee facilities were very basic. No gowns provided. Shower could not be adjusted for temperature - it was either cold or scalding. Bathroom door offered near zero privacy.

Great location, great staff, overall a great stay!

Great sized room, we requested an extra bed which was provided. Reception was keen to help whenever we needed it and reacted promptly. Every inch of the hotel was perfectly clean. Pool staff were very professional, ensure everyone was safe and abiding by pool rules.

The main shower head was a fine mist which made it difficult to wash hair properly. Had to use hand held shower head. Water was either scorching hot or cold in the shower. Couldn’t get a good temperature.

An Awful Abu Dhabi Disaster

Did not like anything. If had not paid for the stay already, would have checked in elsewhere. What an nightmare of an experience staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island.

Checking in took 15 minutes, first room provided had bad odour. The second room shown to change to was not fully cleaned and prepared for guests. The third option had bad sewage smell. Staff do not follow the "do not disturb" sign placed by guests outside the door. They attempted getting in the room despite the sign and guest being inside the room. They also entered when we were not in the room. The reason they gave for the last point was that they tried to make up for the mistakes made but actually just made us trust less in their ability to give a satisfactory customer service and experience.

Disappointing considering how much the rooms cost

Location was great

Second time I go there and they don't honor the 15% discount I was entitled to on f&b. Rooms are old despite their claims that they were newly renovated, our room wasn't new for sure.

The worst check-in Officer ever experienced...

Well, we enjoyed the breakfast. We were assisted by Mr. Arman nicely.

The worst check-in & unwelcoming front desk officer... We booked 3 rooms with family & friends. Normally, we would request if possible to get rooms next to each other or atleast to be on the same floor & requested for twin beds as we are with kids. He said, WE ARE ASKING TOO MUCH. Finally we got rooms 812, 712 & (803-was nicely assisted by another lady officer, where they checked-in earlier than us) - pretty close. The officer is wearing eyeglasses WITHOUT a nameplate. He should not be in that place as he doesn't know how to make the guests feel welcome. He started our stay with very bad vibes, so how would you appreciate the rest of your stay, He ruined it!!! Note: it was just one of the "attitudes" thrown on us by this officer. Mr. Shahid also was not good & gave us the same bad impression when we are trying to get our Yas Beach passes. As I had enough with the first guy, i told him, I am going to give a very good review about this... Then, he started being nice & apologized; why, because he heard about the review???
