Amazing hotel in Dolomites.

Great location. Stunning views from your room, 5 minutes walk to buses that take you all over the region, to trail heads et al. Also 5 minute walk to town with many restaurants and all. Staff were very nice and welcoming, great Wi-Fi, and the rooms were very nice. The whole hotel has a lot of charm. Also, free parking. Also must mention, breakfast was great and plentiful. Eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pancakes, cereals, even gluten free options. Very nice to fill up on before a day of hiking. Definitely glad I found this place. Perfect base for exploring this region. I totally recommend it.

Only one note—it was super hot in the building. As if the heat was cranked even in June. Leave your windows open when you leave for the day.

Exceptional!

We loved this hotel. Peaceful and beautiful location, very good breakfast with delicious croissants and clean and comfortable rooms. What makes it exceptional is the Wellness area. The water in outside Whirlpool is very warm, we spent all the evenings soaking there.

A place to stay and repeat

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and very attentive. the facilities were incredible, specially the pools and the spa. The dinner and the breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety of options. And the garage was very convenient for the car. We will definitely repeat when going back to the Dolomites.

Great Stay in Great Location with Great Staff and Fantastic Views

The room was big with a sitting area. The room had a large sliding door which leads out to a balcony with table and chairs. The view was fantastic from the balcony over looking the mountains and Kastelruth. The hotel had underground parking and access into and out of the hotel was reasonably simple. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was superb. The hotel complied with COVID-19 protection and hygiene measure; this we appreciated.

There was nothing that we could complain about. We had a very good stay.

Gran hotel para un gran viaje por Dolomitas.

El hotel tiene todo! Es hermoso, el spa y las piscinas son increíbles. El trato del personal fue perfecto. El desayuno muy variado y de gran calidad! Todo estuvo perfecto.

Solo por mencionar algo, la cama podría ser un poco mejor.

Hotel in una posizione fantastica. il soggiorno è stato bellissimo. Staff cordiale e disponibile (in modo particolare un grazie a chi si occupa delle pulizie della camere). Colazione a buffet molto ricca così come la cena che io ho trovato adeguata al prezzo proposto: gli antipasti sono tutti a buffet e non c'è un limite alla quantità mentre i piatti principali sono sì in porzioni ridotte ma onestamente io ero già più che soddisfatto degli antipasti. In ogni caso la staff chiarisce fin da subito che non c'è nessun problema a richiedere il bis del primo o del secondo quindi non capisco alcune critiche lette in altre recensioni. Zona SPA favolosa, ha tutto ciò che serve per rilassarsi e nonostante l'hotel fosse pieno non abbiamo mai trovato eccessivo affollamento. La camera pulita, spaziosa, ordinata, vista spettacolare sul paese di Castelrotto. Che dire sicuramente un posto in cui ritornare e da consigliare.

Due piccolissime critiche che in ogni caso non hanno per nulla influito sul nostro soggiorno: La prima è solo un piccolo e innocente consiglio per la reception: tutti molto gentili e disponibili, offrono tutte le informazioni di cui si ha bisogno, invito solo a un codiale sorriso alla check in e al check out degli ospiti. Non costa nulla e fa sentire il cliente fin da subito ben voluto e in un ambiente famigliare. La seconda è il costo dell'acqua a mio avviso un po' alto.

A localização, vista incrível sobre a montanha, ainda assim perto de tudo o que é necessário. A temperatura da piscina exterior é fantástica.

Adorei tudo mas o pequeno almoço podia começar às 7:00h porque os hóspedes querem sair cedo para conhecer os trilhos.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit toller Aussicht und gutem Service.

Die Lage von der Anlage sowie auch der Wellnessbereich waren sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Personal inbegriffen der Chefleute waren sehr freundlich.

La posizione strategica per un alloggio all'insegna della tranquillità. Ottima posizione anche per effettuare camminate nella natura. Bellissima la vista, lo stile dell'hotel stesso, cordialità e servizio eccellente. Piscine (esterna e interna) eccezionali. Colazione abbondante.

Cuscini non proprio comodissimi ma questo è molto soggettivo. Tutto risolto con due cuscini (molto molto morbidi, forse troppo).

Esperienza di totale relax in una struttura molto accogliente e attrezzata

Tutto era curato nei dettagli, il punto forte della struttura è sicuramente la sala welness dotata di saune (nello specifico due interne e una con vista esterna) e bagno turco. Erano inoltre presenti piscine sia all’interno che all’esterno, molto belle e curate.
