Great location with a great breakfast and a nice staff.

Location was great. Pool and spa were well done and well maintained. Good quality breakfast.

My only suggestion would be to hear the small pool to jacuzzi/hot tub temperature.

It was okay, but as a guest, I don't like being yelled at by an owner without a very good reason!

The hotel was fine overall, except see below.

When I wanted to check out at 7:40 in the morning, the owner was angry at me for disturbing her. She pointed to a sign that said "Breakfast at 8:00." If the reception desk doesn't open until 8:00, that should be made clear to guests. A sign about when breakfast is served is insufficient.

Don’t believe what the owner Alex tells you, and the DOG URINE SMELL IS TERRIBLE

Location

AWFUL, overwhelming smell of dog urine in the carpet. The smell extended down the stairs and into the lobby. The owners have a large dog, and some guests had dogs also. We had booked and paid for 3 nights, but because of the smell we asked the owner Alex if we could check out early. He said it would be no problem, so we walked down the street and booked a lovely hotel around the corner for the last 2 nights. When we came back to the Hotel Garni Savoy, the owner’s wife said we would not be refunded for our 2 nights.

Charming hotel, unpleasant odor

Convenient location. Clean, substantial room and bathroom. Plenty of closet and drawer space for unpacking for a longer stay. Amiable staff. Parking on site at no extra charge.

There was a strong, unpleasant odor on the stairs and in the first floor corridor leading to our room. The carpet appeared soiled and stained, and there was ample evidence of attempts to clean stains. Every time we entered or left our room we were confronted with this powerful foul odor. This was the only problem with this property, but it was a big one; it really marred our stay. The hotel seems to welcome guests with dogs, and perhaps this is a result.

The owner is extremely rude, the smell from balcony is very nasty, because at the back they grow horses, cows etc but that is not that important, the most important thing is we booked that hotel for spa, especially for sauna, and a very large room but instead of this i was given a small room and when we got to the spa everything was off, so i went to ask to switch it on but instead of this i was told that they not going to open the spa just for two person, and i told them that that's not my problem and why they didn't tell us before but anyway no results because he kept saying no and no.

Mio figlio ha dimenticato la chiave della stanza in tasca. Abbiamo detto e scritto loro che l’avremmo spedita con il corriere perché ormai eravamo partiti ma loro sono stati scortesi e pretendevano che tornassimo indietro perché non hanno un altra chiave . Può un albergo non avere una copia della chiave ???? Noi abbiamo spedito la chiave tramite corriere : speriamo che arrivi prima possibile perché è diventato un incubo

Gentilezza, cortesia e relax. Che piacere stare qui.

Siamo stati trattati con estrema gentilezza e simpatia da tutto il personale, dalla reception, alle addette alle colazioni, alle signore delle pulizie. La gentilezza e la disponibilità sono davvero un plus importante che fa la differenza tra una struttura qualsiasi e una nella quale ci si trova a proprio agio. Ottima anche la zona wellness, con piscina (a mio gusto personale qualche grado in più sarebbe meglio, ma magari sono freddoloso io) e sauna sempre puliti e molto piacevoli. In macchina si arriva in fretta in tutte le altre cittadine della valle e alla cabinovia per l'Alpe di Siusi (c'è anche il bus gratis), ma soprattutto in cinque minuti a piedi in mezzo a stradine pulite e silenziose si arriva a godersi il centro di Castelrotto, con i suoi servizi e ristoranti (consiglio la passeggiata fino alla chiesetta di San Valentino, una meraviglia). Insomma, se cercate una vacanza rilassante in un posto piacevole e sereno, il Savoy è un indirizzo ottimo.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und vom Balkon aus hatten wir einen super Ausblick. Das Frühstück ist richtig toll, die Wurst- und Käsesorten haben täglich gewechselt, verschiedene Müsli, Joghurt, diverse Marmeladesorten, leckere Brötchen und Brot, Säfte und immer frisches Obst. Wir konnten auch zwischen verschiedenen Kaffearten auswählen. Die Inhaberin ist einfach meganett.

Es gab überhaupt nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr schöner kleiner Wellness Bereich und kleines neues Schwimmbad. War sehr schön zum entspannen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang (ich bekam extra einen Bademantel aufs Zimmer)Auch das Personal ist überaus freundlich

Schade, dass die Bar nicht mehr in Betrieb war.
