Sehr nettes Personal und hübsche komfortable Zimmer mit Balkon. Sauna und ein kleiner Indoorpool auch vorhanden. Großes Badezimmer mit Fenster. Sehr sauber. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Gondel nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Dorfzentrum genauso.
Keine dauerhaft besetzte Rezeption.

The hotel was fine overall, except see below.
When I wanted to check out at 7:40 in the morning, the owner was angry at me for disturbing her. She pointed to a sign that said "Breakfast at 8:00." If the reception desk doesn't open until 8:00, that should be made clear to guests. A sign about when breakfast is served is insufficient.

"In the middle of Castelrotto which is the loveliest villages. I cried when I left Castelrotto. Very close to Alpe di Suisi."
