A lovely property

it is hard not to like the Hotel Lamm. it is located right next to the church in the middle of Kastle Rotto. the rooms are spacious with views, the staff is professional, the food is exceptional, the spa is exceptional.

Great relaxing place to stay in Castleroto as a base for western Dolomites. Fabulous Food.

Breakfast was very good. The dinners were exquisite works of art and delicious. I highly recommend the 3/4 board for this as it is a great deal. Never had my silverware and plates changed so often. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful on the staff, especially Luigi and Fabian at the front desk. The pool, relaxing rooms and saunas are fantastic. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Free bus passes were very useful for day trips.

No complaints about the hotel nor any of the staff.

Great stay in Dolomites with relaxing spa and amazing food

Amazing hotel in the heart of the Dolomites with excellent service. Stunning spa at the last floor with views on the whole valley. The half board option is definitely recommended as the food is delicious with a menu that changes every day with sufficient choices for everyone to find something extra they want to try.

The tap in the bathroom needs to be moved urgently : why putting it so high, ensuring that water splashes everywhere when you use it ?

Excellent location in town. Staff at reception were very kind, friendly and helpful. I liked being able to watch the square below. The bed was very comfortable.

There was no information about the hotel and its facilities in the room either in a folder ( on paper) or on a tv ( digital). I was not told about/ shown the buffet on my first morning. I had no idea it was there and no one told me about it! ( you cannot necessarily see it as you walk in. When I told the waitress what had happened she really did not seem to understand or think it was an issue at all. E

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were prompt, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that every guest was well cared for. When I requested a standing lamp, it was delivered to my room that very afternoon. I also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent hospitality and was truly impressed by the gourmet dinner. Chef Marc prepared each dish with remarkable passion and skill.

Pool and terrace are nice.

No air conditioning. Despite the hotel advertising they have air conditioning. This is simply not true. We were told to open the windows at night which resulted in mosquitos. And to close the blinds during the day - which made it so you could not see the view.

Heaven

End of the summer season, so the town was quiet. So glad we did the half board & had breakfast & dinner there. Excellent food & superb service. The 4th floor, which is the spa, sauna & relaxation rooms were especially appreciated since we were completely socked in one day & loved going to the quiet room to read & relax. You never have to wonder what time it is since the clock tower chimes every 15 minutes!

The breakfast was exceptional, there were many, many options! A large selection of meat and cheeses, all kinds of teas and coffee options, many kinds of fresh fruit and cereal, and yogurt. Not to even mention the egg dishes from the kitchen. You will not leave hungry and the quality was outstanding.

As a foreigner, it took some getting used to the common practices and few funny conversations. In the end everything worked out and we learned the ropes we needed to.

We loved everything. The room, the bed, wonderful. Beautiful decor everywhere in the hotel. Friendly and caring staff. Relaxing spa and pool. There is nothing negative. Prices are fair to what you get, especially the charge for half board is cheap for the quality of food your get

Everything. The staff, the rooms, the facilities, the food, the location. We were travelling with a small baby and this hotel exceeded our expectations, they had a cot ready on arrival, we were able to make the room dark for her naps, they had a lovely high chair for breakfast and a great kids room we would have used if baby was a bit older. Staff were very helpful with hiking recommendations. Would love to return some day. Pool was beautiful and heated. Spa was great!

- breakfast starts at 7:30 but egg station (only warm food available) starts only at 08:00 , and that does not taking in to account its customers planned activities as hotel is located at Ski resort with lifts opening at 08:00. - restaurant manager was absolutely unprofessional - not even trying to be nice. not solving any concerns.

The pictures shown of the balkonies. It's not so private as it looks. Actually there are windows for everyone to look into these terraces. Better ta ke a room withou terrace.

The stuff is very helpfull and friendly. The room nice and stylish. The bed very comfortable. Had a great sleep. The restsurant at the evening is extraordinary. Excellent food, very talented chefs! Wow!

Pool is amazing but it's not big..5x11..so for covid only 5 people in a time allowed.. also jacuzzi is very nice but only a family in a time Food for dinner is great! Very good chef, maitre and waiter Gianluca.
