I had a wonderful stay for one night here. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and all facilities are very new and nice.

A very likeable place, good stop outside Rouen

The hotel is a bit older on the outside but very well kept and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The staff is super nice and prepared a meal for my husband and son though it was past 23.00. The breakfast is good quality. Parking with many spaces adjacent to the building.

Good Nights Sleep

The welcome from Mylene on arrival & her helpfulness she went above and beyond for us, she is a great asset to this establishment. Although the restaurant was closed the day we arrived there are many other eateries nearby.The breakfast was very good good choices. Will definitely stay here again on our return journey from Europe.

Absolutely nothing. On reviews I had read it was criticised about the building and interior of hotel, well I can say , Yes, it is a grey concrete building and then you step into a extremely inviting reception area beautifully decorated , my bedroom was large and had a outdoor terrace with table & chairs.What more does one want!

One night recharge at Hotel Mercure

Availability and exactly where we needed it to be for a recharge on our way home. Professional attitude of both receptionists.

Restaurant was good

Shabby exterior, basic but comfortable rooms. Standard not what expected from mercure brand, was more like an ibis. Would rate 3 not 4 star

Very good

Excellent bathroom which appeared to have been recently renovated. Good variety of restaurants within easy walking distance which was ideal after a long day's driving. Very close to major north-south route made finding it very easy.

Passed on breakfast as it appeared expensive.

Delight for a break on the way

Great location for overnight stop on our way South. Very friendly. Super efficient. At least 3 restaurants within walking distance. Family friendly and safe

The room and surrounding areas are lovely.. a lot has changed since we stayed here last - and for the better 👍🏻

Awful noisy and so hot.

Bed was normal comfy standard

Location is so noisy the room was really hot and I asked the concierge about air con he said turn your heating off? We had already it was unbearable we had to open the window the noise was unbearable I had no sleep. Will never stay here again. Breakfast was fair but not as good as some of the better mecures We will not stay here ever again. And may actually not bother with mecure anymore

hotel itself is beautiful , big room and impressed how clean the salle de Bain/toilette was.

there is only one thing I didn't like, it was the front desk officer that was on duty named Anes, this guy was so focus on his phone. He needs to be reminded that he is in his workplace and not at home.

Very good hotel. Staff were all great. Rooms are large and well presented.

Staff were superb. The young lady on reception was simply lovely and really made us feel welcome. Hotel is very nice and rooms are quite large and very well presented. Beds are huge and really comfy. Definitely worth the 4 star rating in our opinion. Decent size car park.

Hotel is surrounded by other hotels/factories/restaurants which is ok but it feels a bit industrial for us. Would have preferred it being a bit more open or having nicer grounds to look at.
