Staff very helpful and friendly, present and able to offer discounts to nearby restaurants.
Room clean, tidy and comfortable.
Parking and safety exceptional, they close the gates and turn the doors to manual so no randomer can come in.
It may sound silly but the outside of the building looks very tired, dirty and in need of a clean/paint. It makes no odds to the comfort of the stay, but the first impression is slightly dissapointing when approaching the building. The staff quickly make up for this however, as they are brilliant.
I had to pay a city tax, despite never going to Rouen centre. This isn't the hotels fault and is only 1euro, but for €108 room I feel the hotel could include this in their price.
Small stain on underside of bed topper, nothing major as it is removed anyway for sleeping.

Everything from check in to check out. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooms much bigger vs other ara hotels. The staff was very friendly and also accomodating.
Everything was great. There were no problems at all during our stay. The area is close to restaurants and shoppping centers BUT you need a car to get around or take the bus. Easy on and easy off to the highways heading to Paris and points North (Normandy and Rouen). Not sure if Uber works the area.
