Apart from there being no kettle in our room, it was fairly pleasant

We arrived on a Sunday after a long drive. We were informed in advance that reception would be closed and our keys would be available in a lock box. That all went well, but there was literally no-one on the premises. And as there was no kettle in the room, we couldn’t even make ourselves a cup of coffee.

Great location for a stop off, secure parking and easy to walk into town with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Also the option of a decent restaurant on site. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly welcome, great breakfast.

Pretty hotel with a lovely garden entrance. Charming staff, good food, comfortable room.

If you arrive with an EV, the chargers are Freshmile. They pretend to charge 25 cents per KWh but add 5 cents a minute in the first hour and 8 cents a minute thereafter. As the charger is a slow one, a 3 or 4 hour charge is normal. Twice the cost of Tesla superchargers!

No staff, no restaurant, no bar over the whole weekend. I had to help other guests gain access to the hotel. The reception from the staff this morning was worse than no staff at all. No tea or coffee in the room considering the price. Avoid unless you have to start here.

Twice the gps has said turn left across a bus lane, if you’re coming from Rouen, ignore the gps when you’re almost at the hotel, just keep going straight and turn back at the roundabout 200 metres ahead.

Close to centre of town but quiet and surrounded by trees & green. Plenty of on-site parking. Some lovely dishes on offer in restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful.

Restful cross-channel stop - with great food!

The family-owned hotel is very comfortable and relaxing, with welcoming staff and a top restaurant. We were lucky to arrive on a sunny evening, and were able to "wind down" with drinks on the terrace, contemplating a well-cared-for garden. Louviers is within easy driving reach of Rouen, Les Andelys, and Monet's garden.

Dated rooms but good food and excellent staff. Very noisy road if you have a room at the back of the hotel plus you get woken up by the cigarette smoke from the staff before breakfast. Overall OK but expensive for what it is compared to others.

Just an average hotel. Kind personnel and large outdoor spaces. The room and the bathroom were ok. I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room, the hotel restaurant and the comfortable car parking.

Serene sojourn in grand setting - just a bit pricey

This 'grand' and peaceful hotel was a comfortable and safe stop off for us on a long journey from the south of France to the north of the UK. The hotel was situated in lovely grounds with plentiful secure parking visible from our room. The room itself was as described and met our needs well. Among other factors ,we selected this hotel for the option of an evening meal on site and chose the well priced menu du jour - 3 courses for E26 - good value and reasonable quality. Wifi was strong and reliable. Plenty of hot water in the over-the-bath shower. Blankets in addition to the duvet which was just as well as it was too hot and thick so we had to ditch it. The staff were plentiful and all really friendly, nice and efficient - some doubling up and equally adept as reception/waiting staff for example. Thanks to them.

The layout in our bathroom was really awkward. A small, half height partition wall had been senselessly constructed to presumably honour the French tradition of a separate wc. Instead it made the loo space cramped and uncomfortable and created a needless obstacle which was particularly annoying during the night in the dark when trying not to disturb partner by putting on lights. Although we did not have breakfast (which would have added a further E26 to our bill) we felt that the hotel was overpriced and not great value for money. We travel a lot and often in France - we would have pegged this overnight stay (room only) at around 20/25E less than we paid.

Delightful professionally run hotel in a quiet garden setting. Popular well priced restaurant for dinner after a long day's travelling was a bonus. Comfortable beds provided a restful night. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good variety of choice Would happily stay again

the hotel was very close to the factory where I was visiting for my work.

unfortunately, COVID-19 became a pretext to mislead the client. when I arrived at Hotel, they asked me to fill out a form for breakfast. I know what I have selected but when I got to the breakfast room I found the breakfast totally different than what I requested. I informed the servant to bring my form to compare and this never ever happened. I paid 12 euros for nothing. this is not just fair. I strongly recommend having breakfast outside the hotel.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good quality food in restaurant when open. Excellent breakfast and room very clean

Stayed 2 nights seperated by 3 weeks. The restaurant is very good but sadly not open on Saturday or Sunday. Reception is closed after 3pm weekends and no bar service. Entry by a code and a key safe. We were charged for one of the nights stay despite having prepaid. Only one bath towel and hand towel for double room. Not able to rectify this as reception closed.

If you have to live from the international tourist industry you have to speak at least English. We were shocked about the “international Service” in the restaurant during the evening dinner ( crude ) Only friendly breakfast service. ➡️ If you are not fluent in French look for other accommodation, many choices in the surrounding for same or less money !
