Comfortable. Friendly staff. I would recommend to others.

The room bedding and towels were clean and the room was pleasant with a decent shower. Plenty of eating places within a couple of minutes walk.

I had a little trouble getting wifi in my room but it was ok in the reception when I asked the manager. The room was clean although there was only 1 glass which might have been an issue if I had wanted two.

The room was excellent value for money and very clean.

The room was spacious and clean. The man at reception was warm and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.

The breakfast. There really wasn't much we wanted to eat. There was no bacon and the scrambled eggs were dried up with a crust on top. Hardly any bread available. Yoghurts very close to use by date. Coffee not pleasant.

Good value for money and a pleasant expereince.

The location was poor and very difficult to find.Even using sat nav it took nearly an hour to locate the hotel after we left the autoroute nearest junction, luckily we were offered to follow a kind local person who brought us to the hotel .

Nice Hotel but needs more staff.

Convenient Hotel for a stop-over. Clean and modern. Good bar and seating area. Had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Comfy bed.

The standard twin room was small for two big bikers with luggage, helmets, clothing etc. There was only one person on reception who was also covering the bar, making service very slow. He really did his best, though.

Super Staff - Returned my Dressing Gown 😊

We always stay here en route to our French house as it is reliably spotless and very comfortable. We're making a special point of giving a glowing review this time as my wife unwittingly left her (favourite) silk dressing gown behind and the lady cleaning our room (luckily straight after we vacated it) found it and ran from the 2nd floor all the way to the car park to return it to her. Now THAT is excellent service and we're enormously grateful. This was around 11am on morning of Monday 7 April 2025 and our room was 221 so I do hope the member of staff concerned is duly thanked and appreciated by the Management!

Comfortable, well located and good check in staff

Excellent check in desk staff. We drove to the wrong sister hotel, called the hotel number on the booking, and the person at check in as so very helpful at finding our reservation immediately and directing us to the correct hotel branch. It was late at night and so reassuring to get such excellent service. He was super helpful in person too. Hotel has a great shower and comfortable bed. Secure car park was also much appreciated.

Thin walls between hotel rooms. Person next door was shifting furniture and it kept waking us up, so didn't get a very good sleep.

Clean and comfortable.

Room was clean, fairly spacious and well appointed. It was handy having the restaurants within walking distance although there were some other, local restaurants that we would try if we stayed there again.

Some of the closest restaurants were limited in their menu, but apart from that it all worked out ok.

Easy access on our route South. Several restaurants within walking distance. quiet, comfortable beds, friendly Staff and reception manned 24 hours so good for late arrival.

A great stop over on our way to the south west of France. clean and fresh as always, the staff are very welcoming and friendly with us. they treat everyone equally as a person not just another customer,we have stayed with them a few times over the years. keep up the good work.

they have stopped the bottle water, they just do tea and coffee facilities that’s ok for me but my wife doesn’t drink tea or coffee. It’s a small thing but she does miss it.

Sparkingly clean hotel, room just a bit on the small side.

I thought the room was spotlessly clean as were the bathroom and toilet facilities. It was well equipped with tea and coffee making provided as well as the essential mirror often missed in these hotels.

Although very well designed, the room was just a bit on the small side. The bed was OK for me but a bit small for my just average sized husband...a taller and larger man might struggle.

Good clean, value hotel, with friendly staff

Lovely clean hotel, in quiet location close to the A13 motorway and main routes into Rouen, great for a stopover on route through France. Excellent breakfast at the hotel, and very nice reasonably priced restaurants nearby, ie walkable, remember to ask which ones as being a guest of the hotel you get a 10% discount
