Nothing!

The heating wasn't on in the room when we arrived. So it was freezing cold. When we went for a shower in the morning, no hot water. Very 😞 disappointing.

Very nice stopover

Location is excellent for a stop over, easy access in the morning. Room was nice and warm on arrival. Comfy bed, good shower. Breakfast was more than adequate, good selection available. The morning staff at breakfast were so friendly and nice. Even a gated entrance. Recommend this place.

noisy vehicle charger running all night room small paper cups to drink out of, dirty floor in bedroom and shower room flat pillows only on extra so i had to go without as needed at least 2, poor ventilation in the shower room, worst quality towels i have ever had. Just all awful, breakfast was along the same lines of looked like stuff left from day before and the cheapest quality.

Nice large, clean room.Was looking to have a long lay in.This hotel is excellent as long as an electric car does not turn up to charge, as chargers are next to the rooms.Did not realise they made so much noise.

The Electric Car Charging Meters right out side the room.The noise they make is horrendous.Do not appreciated being woken up before 0600 on a Sunday morning by two cars one after the other.Over 1 Hour.Could be any hour of the night.Would have rated it 8/9 but for the above.

Good location, very clean, great shower but best of all is the amazing receptionist Van - she is sooooo professional but also super friendly, caring and efficient - she gets my vote for receptionist of the year! :)

Exceptional

The staff were above and beyond expectations.. especially Van on the night of our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet, even so close to a main road. The dinner (again cooked by Van), was extremely good. We loved it, and would recommend it 👌 👍

Convenient hotel for a stopover

The hotel was on our route so convenient. It was dog friendly. Beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Parking outside room.

Better pillows. More toiletries, Coffees and teas. Woken in night by furniture being moved in room above. Room was a bit bare and would look so much better with a picture or two. For the price paid we expected it to be nicer.

the size of the room, above the other budget hotels. clean,quiet,warm. large bathroom. the reception was closed, but very nice english speaking little lady, came from the reception of "the originals access" and helped me out with everything.

Look forward to returning again

3rd visit and once again room location ideal for 2 adults plus 2 dogs. Two dog bowls plus puppy pad provided (although not required in our case was a thoughtful extra) Good to be informed that due to exceptional circumstance that reception would be closed between 2-4pm

We’ve eaten at the onsite restaurant previously and ideal for us as we have dogs. Sadly they did not have a chef the evening we stayed (we understand this is a major hospitality issue these days) but it would have been helpful to have received notification (as they did with reception closure) prior to arrival that the restaurant would be closed so we could make other arrangements accordingly.

Very good experience.

We have stayed in this hotel several times and each time it seems a little better. We had an evening meal which was very good, the room was comfortable, good shower room facilities (though not as many towels as before) and breakfast was very good.

Can't think of anything. We needed a hotel on the way to our destination and it fitted the bill very well.

Great value. Good overnight location. Hotel recently renovated, and to a high standard. Very quiet.

Tea and coffee facility. Electric window blind (very effective for sound and light). Excellent shower (but see below). Staff very pleasant. Simple check in

Unfortunately we could not get any hot water from the taps or shower. We tried running off the cold but after a minute or so it was still cold. In view of the current water shortage in France we simply used the kettle to boil water and didn't use the shower. We intended reporting this to the staff but forgot to mention it when we left. It was not a big issue for us.
