The reception team and the breakfast were excellent...many thanks to all of them. However, I can’t say the same for housekeeping. Even though the check-out time is 12:00, from around 8:30–9:00 a.m. onwards they were extremely noisy, almost as if they deliberately wanted everyone to wake up. In fact, there was a level of intrusion where they knocked on the door and then immediately opened it and entered the room.
In the room next door, our son wasn’t feeling well, so we needed to check out around 11:00, but the noise from the housekeeping team continued nonstop.
