I am disabled, i have autism so i booked the wrong room thinking that i had booked a room with handicap ♿ facilities . I explained the situation to the attendant (receptionist) and she(Ludiwine) kindly provided for a better solution. She came along with me to the other side and I could have an appropriate room. When I stumbled on the way she quickly reacted and helped with my walker. And the receptionist(a man) there was also polite and helpful, he even helped me with the carrier of my meal, he helped with my suitcase as well! I can not thank them enough! May God bless you all. Had all basic facillities, I could hope for ! Was great value for France. Simple basic continental breakfast - great value at price for France !

Check-in machine was inopperable, causing long wait to access room. Far from centre of Rouen with not the best local public transport. Need to "know your way around" to get there !

Adequate for our needs after a long drive but more of a tradesman's rather than a tourist hotel.

We inadvertently booked this hotel instead of the adjacent Originals City Hotel only realising our mistake on arrival. The staff were helpful and organised a ground floor room to assist with having our dogs with us. Parking was good and secured with a code in the evening.

Toilet / Shower facility, whilst clean and functional, was dated only separated from the room by a retractable concertina screen which didn't function correctly. The pillows were past their use by date with little padding and very lumpy.

Affordable site but with little rooms

The receptionist was rather kind. Breakfast was healthy and abundant. Tv and shower were ok. They also offered a prepared meal to take in the room and it was rather good.

Room was little and so, very noisy. I couldn't sleep at all due to the neighbour has watched TV all night long. Moreover, the signalization of the hotel could have been better. In addition, the early morning receptionist could have been kinder.

Correct pour le prix

J'ai aimé l'offre tarifaire défiant toute concurrence. Un rapport qualité prix qui pourrait être vraiment au RV avec un peu d'entretien. A noter par exemple la présence d'un micro-onde dans la chambre, détail pratique, qui apporte un vrai plus quand on est consultant sur la route

Certains équipements vieillissants voir vétustes ( fenêtre cassée, isolation thermique très s limite en hiver, WC cassés) qui nécessiteraient un peu d'investissement.

La proximité pour rejoindre l'A13, l'accueil et le petit déjeuner.

Il manquait une serviette, impossible de fermer le loquet de la salle de bain et spot du premier lit simple ampoule grillée.
