Nice place to stay.

It was very quiet. WE ate, slept and watched TV. The Breakfast was really nice. The sausages were brilliant. Slept pretty well though adhoc as our plans had changed but it a nice weekend away.

No desk for the laptop. Maybe a fold up table. Very quiet.

Stayed here once before and upon checking in they had an extremely unwelcoming demeanour. People working there seem so dodgy. Tried to book again and they cancelled my reservation “because they were going out”. When I said I still needed the room the response was “I’m the owner I can do what I want”. Horrible people. If you need a stay in Preston, look elsewhere.

The parking. There was plenty of parking on both sides of the hotel .

Iron is not provided but I am sure the receptionist would have helped if I asked.

Wasn't good enough for the price paid!

Location

Bed is too small, and towel given wasn't good enough! Can't climb up to 1st floor due to knee issues.. always given room at the 1st floor! apart from this breakfast isn't included in the bill and made it as a paid service!

I will stay here each time I come to Preston- which is every month or so.

Virtually everything was really good. No complaints

The only thing was that my very comfortable room was a bit cool. I could not fathom out how to work the radiator which seemed to be the one source of heat. There was a "Boost" box on the wall but it didn't seem to have any effect and I had no idea what it was supposed to boost. It was too late for me to seek out someone to help. An instruction card in the room would help.

Great breakfast included in our stay, staff friendly, room was spacious with very comfortable beds with 2 fluffy pillows, tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was served quickly and with a smile.

2 lamps didn't work in the room, bathroom door squeaked, normally would bother me but was right next to the bed so woke me up in the morning.

OK and I was able to book at short notice

Breakfast was reheated,because I had not started my cereal when it came - however it tasted OK - but it could have been brought after the cereal; I think the bacon had cooled off a little.

just room only. totally adequate for what I needed. the lad serving was so polite and courteous. did not have much contact with other staff.

We waited about 10-15 minutes in the rain for the front door to be answered. i rang but line was busy. That was hard after a long journey. The rest of the stay was very good. Parking was easy.

Great place to stay in Preston

30 min walk into Preston city centre, a great distance to stretch your legs and also walk off dinner. Felt very safe and good to have ample parking available. Full English breakfast really set us up for the day and super friendly staff. Would definetly stay again if needing to be in the area.

Nothing, matress on beds were a little soft but not from over-use, just a personal preference.

The en-suite room had everything we needed after a long day's travel and the beds were great.

Comfortable beds with lovely linen. Tastefully decorated big room, clean bathroom. Very good value breakfast. Would stay again if in the area.

Nice hotel but they really need to make customers aware of the upfront deposit when you go to check in!!!

Plenty of parking, just difficult to get your car out. Staff were nice. Room was nice and big and clean.

Be aware the hotel requires you to pay a £50 refundable deposit! No where was this mentioned before booking!

The bed was really comfortable and the room had everything i needed.

The toilet roll kept falling off the holder, that's all I can think of because apart from that I enjoyed my stay.
