Waking up with bug bites Not being able to have a shower mixer knackerd on the shower water scolding , Reg’s state the water temp should be set at a certain temp, 10mm gap in bedroom door should be a fire door could see corridor looking out when door was shut Smoke head still has cover on Shower head loose Toilet far to close to use the toilet properly Fire alarm panel in fault

For the cost it was an excellent location to stay - not luxurious but I didn’t expect that.

Clean and tidy, good location, warm, quiet room, reasonable toilet and shower room which was quite compact in layout.

I have just had a total knee replacement and my room was on the top (second) floor which was quite an arduous climb.

Minor issue: bed a little too soft for me. Slightly bigger issue: no where to hang clothes in the room - I recommend wall/door hook. Very, very minor issue: tidy up the cables to the back of the WiFi! They don't match the spotless kitchen. 🤣

11 out of 10, if I could .. brilliant stay

Where do I start...if I could give 11 score I would! Right after booking, I received a message about self check in..ie key in a key box at entrance door and code to get in my room.. a warm informative message..thank.you. Google map took me there easily and plenty street parking by the river opposite the accommodation. On entering, you are welcomed by a nice lounge area and a large kitchen with free cereal, milk in.the fridge, tea, coffee, peanut butter, cutlery, dishes etc etc ..all spotless and modern. The bedroom is more than adequate with nice modern rain shower. Hot water came almost immediately, unusual as normally you have to wait. I just can't fault it. I will certainly use again as a half way point between Edinburgh and near London. Thank you also for the follow up messages checking all was OK!

Great value for money. Cosy, clean and convenient.

Parking and access to the property were easy. Clear instructions of how to get into the house and room. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and there were nice little touches to make it feel comfortably and cosy. I could have made tea and coffee in the kitchen. The owners stayed in touch by text to check I’d arrived, then making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Super location by the river. Great value and I will return .

Great overnight stay. Would stay here again.

Great one night stop over, all trains north of Preston were cancelled due you Storm Eowyn, so a bed was needed until the next day when my partner was able to drive over to continue our journey by car. This was perfect. Comfy, clean, somewhere to prepare and eat food. Easy to walk to from railway station. Nice to be next to the river. Easy to get to by car when I was being picked up next day.

Was a very pleasant stay, close enough to town centre

Clean no nonsense en suite room. Nice touch with the snacks and drinks.

Room was mega hot even with radiator turned off. There is a cooling fan but it was a choice between being hot or a noisy fan. No tv in the room either.

イギリス旅行の後半で利用しました。プレストン駅から徒歩10〜15分程度。ホテルとは違う、その土地で生活するような滞在ができました！静かな住宅街に位置していてゆっくり過ごせますし、ひとり旅にぴったりのお部屋のサイズ、使いやすいキッチンスペースなど素晴らしかったです😊
