Communication with the host was outstanding. Not just before but during my stay also. Room was clean and had bottled water and a chocolate treat on arrival which was much appreciated. Location was perfect for the University and town centre.
My only problem (and it’s tiny) was easy access to plug sockets but I had an extension lead with me luckily. It certainly isn’t a huge deal and I’d gladly book this accomodation again.

Nice quiet area with nearby Chinese Takeaway (very friendly) and a corner store within 2 minutes walk.

Plenty of free on street parking.
Stayed In Room 6 On The Top Floor. One blind was missing, heating was on and room was waybtoo hot so had to open window, this meant the wind was blowing the blinds and also road noise outside was quite loud so didn't get much sleep.
