We were greeted by the cheerful receptionist who explained the ins and outs of the hotel and also made sure our car was booked onto their system to avoid a fine.
The room was warm and comfortable and quiet despite being at the back of the property, near the dual carriageway.
There was a shower over the bath and a non-slip rubber bath mat was provided.
Buffet style breakfast was served in the basement and there was plenty of choice with the staff ensuring everything was topped up and working efficiently.
The hotel is walking distance from the town centre, it exceeded our expectations and will be our go to place for our next visit to Preston.

Lovely room. Very clean. And warm! Radiator in the room instead of fan heating. Nice and toasty. Close to town. Great breakfast.
Only downside was we arrived a little early in the rain and wanted to dry off but they wouldn’t let us have the room until 2pm on the dot.

We found the staff on Reception at this hotel to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; our room was a good size and clean, the bathroom likewise, and the breakfast was excellent. We particularly liked that the buffet style breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely and hot, rather than tepid as is often found in hotels. We found the free WiFi to be fast and reliable, and the car park was right next to the hotel so we could see our car from our room. The hotel is on the edge of town, and walking into the centre took only a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Preston, and would recommend it for its location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, quality of breakfast, as well as its spacious rooms and very reasonable price. We very much enjoyed our stay.
