I stayed at No.10 for one night during a recent stay in Preston.
I found the staff extremely helpful, and the facilities and provisions were amazing. High quality products, lovely bathroom and minutes away from the train station.

So I arrive in plenty of time fir my function.
J then soend over 30 minutes trying to get in the front door. I turns put I was not sent the entry instructions and coor code.
After this debarcle, I finally get in but the key sage for my room is incorrect.
So another 40 minutes wasted and now I am highly agitated and LATE for my function.
Thus is COMPLETRLY UNACCEPTABLE and I still have to park my car - again not communicated.
So while the apartment was great the communications ruined it all.
Finally, booking direct with you should have cheaper. But in fact, was more expensive. So paying an agent for which you pay a commission, is cheaper? And they screw up your business and customer by fakling to provide vital access information.
Then the room door access is false.
That's why you get 0/10 and a crap review.
You need to seriously address this failing
