Poor comfort, cleanliness, and noisy environment

My stay was very disappointing due to several comfort and cleanliness issues. The bed cricked and wobbled every single time i moved, the mattress too old, the bedding didn't feel clean and three very smelly cushions on the bed. Don't think the housekeeper is really cleaning. The bathroom was far from the room and meeting the wall with the bedroom so can hear every single noise coming from it. I can imagine how much worse the noise would have been if there were more people staying at this place that night. 2 heaters, none on or able to make them work, leaving it freezing and hard to go to Basic amenities of three tiny 20ml bottles with only about 1/8 of shampoo left in them. To make matters worse lots of noise started around 7:30am coming from downstairs. Very thin walls. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and will definitely will not return. No idea why they advertise it as Delux !!!!!

AVOID this place

Location is near the train station

No hot water, bedding absolutely stunk of damp washing so didn't get any sleep, no radiator on the room just a plug in heater. Messaged them and no one bothered getting back to me until I messaged again a week later. I've stayed in plenty of budget places while travelling for football and this is the first time I've had a room that smelled too bad to get any sleep in. AVOID

Cheap stay in central Preston

Very cheap. Booked at the last minute due to cancelled train. Self-check in worked. The shared bathroom was clean.

Mid-week drinkers audible until 2am. Construction noise started before 7am. There were stains on the bedsheets, and looked like they had been in service for a long time!

A hotel lacking comfort.

The hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of the city, close to various services, markets, restaurants, and entertainment options. However, this is its only real advantage. Aside from that, the overall experience is very disappointing.

1. There is absolutely no privacy, as the bathroom is shared with another room. 2. The location in the heart of the city makes it extremely noisy. 3. The wooden interior of the building amplifies every step, creating constant noise throughout. 4. An unpleasant odor from the carpets permeates every corner of the building. 5. Sounds from all the rooms can be heard very clearly. 6. The small room size restricts any free movement. 7. The constant noise from the opening and closing of the wooden doors makes it impossible to get any sleep. 8. The check-out time is very early, at 10:30 AM. 9. All towels, bed covers, and pillows carry a musty, damp smell.

Nice big room right near where we needed to be. The bathroom was fairly clean and modern.

When you look more closely there is damp Patches around the room, there was a dehumidifier in too. The mattress in the bed was thin and lumpy as were the pillows. One of the windows were taped up with silver tape. There was a hole in the wall near the plug. The hairdryer was attached to a wall bracket but was loose in the cupboard which made it impossible to use. We had one towel between 2 of us realise and shared bathroom was an issue. The bathroom bin also had rubbish in it and we were first people there. The radiator was really rusty too.

Very disappointing, not the same as photos and the mattress would not pass any health and safety inspection

Location was ideal for meeting

Although initially the room appeared clean, when pulling the sheet back revealed, no mattress protection and the mattress was badly stained with red stains. In the photos it shows tea making facilities but none in the room. Very very disappointing and only stayed one night of the four booked. Anyone staying in room 2 should check the state of the mattress.

It said bath and then only further down did it say shared bathroom. The shared bathroom included the only toilet which was shared between three rooms. Someone was passed out on the floor of the only bathroom/toilet which meant I couldn't go to the toilet during the night. It also advertised itself as having tea and coffee making facilities, but it didn't.

It was a very nice, spacious room and is the cleanest hotel I have ever seen 10/10 great value for money right in the heart of Preston not far from the train station.

The main feature of the apartment was the cinema screen which was projected from an Epson HD projector, this in turn had a PS4 source. The PS4 dualshock controller didnt work as it had no charge and the charger was broken!!!
