Really friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to make sure everything is ok and you feel at home. Great bar and lounge area and comfortable clean rooms with great views. Would definitely stay again.

Car park spaces as I use a disabled space and none left, so I had to use bus depot car park, I had put all my stuff in the room so I had no cash or phone with me to pay. So I ended up with a parking fine. It was far and dangerous walking on my own in the dark.

Generally I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was nice. Beds were comfy.

Friendly, helpful staff on top of a comfortable and pleasant venue.

Very accommodating from booking to staff during visit. Travelled with my elderly Uncle who is mobility impaired and requested a disabled room. The room was perfect for his needs and my room was allocated next door which was very convenient and reassuring. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

The location of the hotel was ideal for the city ce the food was superb and staff excellent.

The Breakfast was excellent, well presented, freshly cooked snd great variety. The Staff were excellent. All the food at the hotel was superb, really impressed by the Dinner options and quality of food. The Staff were really attentive, nothing was too much trouble, they made the stay a pleasure.

Brilliant definitely returning

Everything was brilliant staff where friendly even room service staff as we left room to go restaurant said morning to us. Room was very clean, bed was so comfy and brilliant black out curtains.

. Only thing was there was a spring sticking out side of mattress but didn't affect comfort or sleep. Could do with more milk and sugar in room

Not the best experience!

Overnight stay, the beds where comfortable.

There was no car park space, as someone had decided to park in 2 spots and the staff where unable to locate the customer. Due to this we had to Ian’s park in a different car park 15mins walk away and had to pay. We arrived at 1am, and had a wedding the next day, so we had to carry all our luggage at night and walk to the hotel. We stayed in room 402, & 403, the toilet door did not lock, no complimentary slippers, table lamp was not working and only 2 teabags, no complimentary water. The hotel should check the car park when people are parking and not taking up 2 spaces, as everyone is paying for a service and it’s not ideal if you are alone and have to travel to a secluded car park at night and walk back to the hotel and than are expected to pay for parking.
