John & Anita were excellent hosts who made us feel very welcome. Fantastic facilities and a very good breakfast. Nothing was never too much trouble. Would recommend this property as it is in a great location. Villages in and around surrounding areas were extremely pretty.

Everything was perfect; the accommodation was comfortable, Anita and John were perfect hosts and Knaresborough is such a fantastic town with so much to see and do .

Anita and John were so welcoming and accommodating, it was more akin to visiting family then a Bed and Breakfast.

A wonderful stay. The host, Anita and John, were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was ideal and the breakfast was lovely. The homemade biscuits were delicious! Anita gave us lots of information about places to visit and the pub across the road was great for our evening meals. It was a perfect little break and we highly recommend it.
