Great location on hillside beside Bardolino so pleasant breezes & lake view Air conditioning in each room was essential while it was so hot! Nice pool & tennis court. Good location for visiting the locality by car. Very welcoming & helpful host

Parking could be tight when apartments were full. Gravel road approaching from south is very uneven. Beds were very hard…

The property met our needs overall. The apartment included a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a balcony. The larger bedroom was comfortable for the adults, while the smaller bedroom was suitable for our two children. The apartment offered a beautiful view, which we really enjoyed during our stay. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. Finally, the property manager was very friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with throughout our stay.

1. Access to the property was challenging, as the road leading to the location was in poor condition. 2. The property was not clean enough. In particular, the balcony was very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time. 3. There was no staff available at the front desk during our stay. We only occasionally encountered the person managing the property. 4. We stayed at the property for five nights, and the apartment was not cleaned at all during our stay. (perhaps this is the agreement) When I asked about replacing the towels, I was told it was possible, but there would be a charge of €25 per towel (although I may have misunderstood). If that was indeed the fee, it seems excessive, as €25 is enough to purchase several new towels. 5. We had no internet access in the apartment for two days. The property manager explained that it was an issue with the ISP. However, reliable internet was very important for our family, especially for the children, and this significantly affected our stay.

Der var stille og roligt, der var dage hvor vi havde poolen for os selv, lejligheden var ok, køleskab og aircondition virkede fint.

Adgangsvejen til lejlighedskomplekset er ikke særlig gode, da selve stedet ligger et stykke vej fra Bardolino by, skal man næsten køre ned til byen. Den ene vej til byen er en grusvej med kæmpe huller i, den anden ven er en asfalt vej, men der er noget længere at kører, så det er ikke optimalt. Arealerne udenfor selve boligen, var ikke særlig velholdt, det kunne godt trænge til en kærlig hånd. Græsset var ikke holdt, der var ukrudt over det hele, hegnet omkring ejendommen var gået i stykker flere steder.
