Tolles authentisches kleines Hotel mit äußerst freundlichem Personal in hervorragender Lage. Das Frühstück ist super umfangreich und der Pool ist noch das i-Tüpfelchen oben drauf. Wir kommen zu 100% wieder!
Es wäre toll, wenn darauf geachtet werden könnte, dass keine Liegen am Pool reserviert werden

Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe zum Gardasee und unmittelbar am Zentrum von Bardolino. Alle Servicekräfte sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut - Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Eier in verschiedenen Varianten, Obst, Joghurt, Kuchen, Saft, Sekt, Kaffee in verschiedenen Varianten - alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Haus / die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders herausragend ist der Pool im 1. OG des Anbaus - mit See- und Promenadenblick. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!
Manche Steckdosen im Zimmer passen leider nicht zu allen Kabel-/Steckerteilen.

The property was in an excellent location. In the immediate vicinity of all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooftop pool was nice but not enough sunbeds due to lack of space.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. VERY firm mattress which was uncomfortable to sleep on.
Very poor choice at breakfast, Only hot food was scrambled egg and streaky bacon which was usually luke warm even at 8am when breakfast started. If you went any later or would be cold.
Also the shower screen did not meet the bath and so the floor was always flooded after a shower which was dangerous.
Hotel is very old fashioned and in dire need of a refurbishment. Decor makes it feels grubby.
