The location was perfect across the road from the lake

All staff were first class, service was exceptional at all times. A couple of our children are coeliac and the gluten free options were very good, both breakfast and dinner. We had two of the recently refurbished suites, which were very good and adjacent to each other. Location is excellent. If we were going back to the area we would definitely stay there again.
View from the rooms wasn't great and the balconies were a bit small, but only a minor issue.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Nice location.
Air conditioning was not working well. The room was warm and we did not get much sleep because of this.
