If you’re looking for a masterclass in terrible service, you’ve found the perfect hotel. The staff has perfected the art of rudeness, and the “amenities” feel like they were last updated sometime in the previous century. Honestly, the only thing this place excels at is making you want to leave as soon as possible. Highly not recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel, but the staff needs training and how to navigate upgrades using Booking
A beautiful historical hotel with a lush courtyard, outdoor pool, and fine dining in their restaurant.
The check-in was very slow and unprofessional. The room we wanted was not available on Booking . So when we arrived, we asked if we could upgrade . The person who started checking us in, told us to park our bikes and return to complete the check-in . When we returned, another staff person greeted us. When we explained the situation, he told us to have a seat because he had something else to do . After 15 minutes sitting in the lobby chairs, we got up and looked for the first gentleman who had helped us . He came to the check-in counter and started trying to figure out how to upgrade our room which ended up being a very tedious procedure. This task proved very complicated for the seemingly overwhelmed staff . They simply either couldn’t figure out how to get this done on the Booking site or their Internet connection was incredibly slow.

Beautiful location - pack light as there are no elevators and parking isa block away.
Great location - just tricky to park . Lovely suite - better to arrive early and not at night . This will make parking easier as it is a block away .
No elevator - but four flight dog stairs with luggage- we had the suite booked with terrace.

Amazing pool, great meal in the restaurant, comfortable rooms. More like a 4 star!
