Amazing and enjoyable trip. Soooooo goooooooood.

The Location was amazing. It has everything we needed. Even parking. Was extremely clean and well looked after. Extremely friendly people running it. We will definitely be back for more. Thank you for an amazing trip.

Internet speed was not good in the room. We had to work in between and it wasn't a pleasure, but that really was the only thing I could fault. Maybe a sign - smile.

Nice apartment in quiet center of Lazise

Located just in the middle of Lazise but not on tourists paths, so it is quiet. On first floor there is small shared kitchen to make coffee or tea. 5 minute walk from parking which is free for guests. Host was very nice and responsive.

It is better to have some map of parking spot locations, it took us some time to find even with instructions.

Perfect location i a small quiet square of the city center. Everything in walking distance, and although the car park were 5 min walk away, it was under suverillance so no concerns. Really a spot to recommend.

Die zentrale Lage, die freundliche Begrüßung bei der Ankunft, die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub.

Eine ruhige warme Nacht..

Januar, sehr kalt , aber das Zimmer mollig warm sowie das Bad. Kaffee Teee alles da zum selber zubereiten. Waren eine Nacht als Zwischenstoop auf der Heimreise nach Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Alles super würde ich wieder buchen, mittem im Centrum.

Bella scoperta in centro a Lazise

Casa Oreste si trova in una piazzetta silenziosa in pieno centro storico, a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale e dal lungo lago. Naturalmente è in ztl che a Lazise è attiva sempre. Nel nostro caso non è stato possibile raggiungere in macchina la struttura per depositare i bagagli, forse per la presenza dei Mercatini di Natale. Forse in altra stagione, comunicando la targa alla struttura, e' possibile farlo. Con la camera c'è stato assegnato un parcheggio non custodito ma con sbarra all'ingresso, fuori dal centro storico. Comodo e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Non molto comodo trasportare la valigia dal parcheggio alla struttura, anche per la pavimentazione del borgo, ma fattibile. La struttura di due piani è accessibile solo con la scalea interna, non c'è ascensore, ma c'è una bella stanza anche al piano terra se qualcuno ha problemi di deambulazione. La signora Paola che gestisce la struttura gentilissima e disponibile. C'erano due camere libere a piani diversi e ci ha fatto scegliere quella che preferivamo. La nostra camera al 2 piano, a detta di mia moglie, veramente deliziosa. Arredata in modo piacevole e rilassante. Letto comodo. TV 32 pollici. Un tavolino e due sedie. Condizionatore autonomo in camera. Il necessario in camera per farsi un thè o una tisana. Bagno con finestra, non molto grande, ma con tutto il necessario e ben arredato. La struttura non ha una colazione vera e propria, ma la possibilità (nella stanza al piano terra che fa anche da reception) di farsi caffè o altra bevanda calda. Un ottima sistemazione. Se torneremo a Lazise per qualche giorno, sicuramente soggiorneremo qui.

Una sistemazione bella e rilassante, se non si ha la sfortuna di trovarsi nella stanza a fianco gente maleducata che alle 6,30 di mattino si mette a parlare ad alta voce e a fare casino come se nella struttura ci fossero solo loro! Avevano anche un bambino piccolo che praticamente non si è sentito a differenza dei genitori! La struttura è ben insonorizzata verso l'esterno non molto insonorizzata contro la maleducazione della gente che occupa le camere. Ma questo non è una colpa della gestione e la struttura resta consigliatissima.

Relax nella mia città lacustre preferita tra comfort e fruibilità

Non è il primo soggiorno a Casa Oreste e non sarà nemmeno l’ultimo, posizione centrale, staff cortese, camere pulite. Mi piace molto l’idea di condivisione dello spazio al pian terreno e della fiducia data agli ospiti. Noi abbiamo preso dell’acqua in frigo che era a disposizione di tutti, semplicemente riponendo i soldi nella bustina attaccata al frigo. All’ingresso inoltre c’è il caffè o, per chi lo desidera, del tè. La cosa che personalmente apprezzo molto è che c’è la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina in una zona limitrofa.

Mi dispiace che non ci sia il frigobar in camera ma è anche vero che c’è un frigo a disposizione di tutti all’ingresso. A differenza delle altre volte, durante questo soggiorno ci è stata assegnata una camera un po’ più piccola ma davvero molto carina; l’unico appunto, che tra l’altro ho già riportato all’host é che non c’era la possibilità di tenere la finestra del bagno aperta senza essere visti da fuori (nel senso che mancano le tende o qualcosa per schermare la visuale dal piccolo piazzale antistante la struttura). Comunque questo vuole essere solo un appunto e non una critica.

Die nette Atmosphäre und das wohnliche Ambiente im Haus. Flure und Treppenhaus auch sehr liebend dekoriert.

Bisschen umständlich mit der Parkgelegenheit, aber immerhin kostenlos und abgeschlossen in einer Tiefgarage unter einer naheliegenden Bank.

Eine schnuckelige Unterkunft im Herzen von Lazise

Ein tolles Zimmer in super zentraler Lage. Mitten in der Altstadt Lazise und trotzdem sehr ruhig zum schlafen. Das Auto stand den ganzen Aufenthalt in einer sehr geräumigen Parkgarage...ca. 5 Min. Laufweg Mann hat im Hauseingangsbereich die Möglichkeit sich Tee und Kaffee kostenlos zuzubereiten und kann dieses dann auf der kleinen Piazza vor der Türe in der Sonne 🌞 genießen. Man kann auch den allgemeinen Kühlschrank benutzen wenn man ein paar Einkäufe kühlen möchte. Alles in allem eine super schöne Unterkunft.

Wij hebben een erg goede ervaring bij Hotel Casa Oreste!

Het hotel ligt middenin het centrum van Lazise. We hebben merendeel alleen de interieurverzorgster gezien. Deze was heel vriendelijk. Elke dag schone handdoeken en er stond vers water in fles op de kamer. Beneden kon je dingen in de koelkast leggen en koel elementen invriezen. Wij hebben elke dag broodjes gehaald en die voor het hotel aan tafel opgegeten. Je kon beneden ook koffie en thee zetten. Dus ergens anders ontbijten is in principe niet nodig. Mijn man en ik hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in Casa Oreste.

Wij vonden het bed minder. Misschien hadden we onze eigen kussen mee moeten nemen, dat had misschien wat gescheeld. Het matras was vrij hard

Super locatie Fijne parkeergarage op loopafstand. Mogelijkheid om voor de deur uit te laden Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Eigenlijk alles een 10. Alleen jammer dat wij op de bovenste verdieping zaten. De tweede, en iedere keer 2 trappen op moesten lopen, ook met de bagage. Maar verder echt een aanrader

Schöner Aufenthalt im Herzen von Lazise

Mitten in der Altstadt von Lazise! Perfekte Lage! Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Bett ist auch sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon. An der Rezeption gibt es kostenlos Kaffee und Tee. Ein Garagenplatz etwas weiter weg ist auch dabei und in der Buchung inkludiert.

Toll gelegene Unterkunft. Mitten im Geschehen und doch ruhig.

Supernette Vermieterin, die sofort mit dem Schlüssel für die Garage kam, obwohl wir zu früh dran waren. Es handelt sich um einen Parkplatz in einer etwas entfernten Tiefgarage. Bei über 35 °C war das sehr gut fürs Auto. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und doch sofort in der Altstadt, sobald man um die Ecke geht. Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee, sowie eine Flasche Wasser gab es auf dem Zimmer, so dass man sich zum Frühstück erst einmal Tee oder Kaffee kochen konnte. Bad hatte eine schöne Dusche und Bidet. Alles war sauber. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Balkon.

Nachteil der guten Lage: Zum Ein- und Ausladen ist es schwierig mit dem Auto bis zum Hotel zu kommen. Also am Besten Rucksack und Rollkoffer mitnehmen, denn von Garage zum Hotel sind es gute 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gab keinen Schrank im Zimmer. Nur eine Garderobe mit Bügeln und einer Ablage oben und unten. Die Nachtschränkchen hatten keine Schubladen. Es war nur ein kompakter Würfel.

Nel cuore di Lazise

Abbiamo deciso all'ultimo di allungare il weekend sul lago di Garda e abbiamo prenotato qui. Casa Oreste é in centro a Lazise, posizione veramente ottima. La signora che ci ha accolto super gentile e cortese. La camera era di dimensione contenuta ma con tutto l'essenziale e soprattutto pulita. Una cosa molto importante è stato il parcheggio gratuito convenzionato a 7 minuti a piedi appena fuori dalle mura.

Super für einen Kurztrip

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, nettes Personal, sehr unkompliziert, kostenloser Stellplatz, der allerdings fußläufig ein paar hundert Meter entfernt ist, dafür in einer Tiefgarage.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört alles aus den oberen Zimmern und im Treppenhaus. Fenster mit Fensterläden lassen dafür kaum Lärm von draußen rein, wobei der Bereich in Lazise relativ ruhig ist
