The location of the property is excellent, both it you travel by public transportation and if you want to be close to the center of Lazise. The B&B is located in a historic villa right at the main city gate and breakfast is stupendous.

An Unforgettable Stay at a Charming Italian Villa From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed into this charming Italian townhouse, beautifully situated at the gateway of Lazise. The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and full of authentic charm. The accommodation was spotless, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast featuring a variety of local specialties, lovingly prepared by Giovanni. The care he puts into every dish truly set the tone for our days. Adding a special touch were the fresh flowers from Paolo, which brought even more life and beauty to this already enchanting place. This stay was more than just a getaway — it was an experience filled with warmth, elegance, and genuine Italian hospitality. We will never forget it, and we can’t wait to return!

Extraordinary hospitality in a unique location

We were impressed by the heartwarming hospitality of Giovanni, who does a perfect job being a host. He gave us a very attentive welcome, organized a crib for the baby and was there to help at all times. The B&B has a truly unique atmosphere, it’s part of a beautiful villa - very well maintained and designed with taste and attention to detail - situated just besides the main city gate of Lazise - the view from our balcony was just stunning! We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was prepared by Giovanni with fresh local produce (bread, juice, eggs, ham&cheese, pastries, yogurt, tea, coffee, müsli, jams - very diverse). Our wishes were counted in, so there was no waste of products. Just perfect! The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom perfectly clean and fully supplied. The internet connection was good enough to work (video conferencing included) and stream a movie. We’d love to come again!

Lovely stay

Absolutely one of the best locations in Lazise and the host is very kind and helpful. We had problems with our car and he took us to the garage and translated everything. There are bikes that you can use and the parking is very close. We have stayed at a lot of places in Italy but this is definitely one of the best. We will be back!

Es hat uns an gar nichts gefehlt...Der Gastgeber Giovanni ist so ein Herzensmensch, er hat uns beim Ankunft am Bushaltestelle mit Regenschirmen abgeholt, er hat seine Pommes mit uns geteilt & hat uns sogar nach Peschiera begleitet...jeden Morgen ein überraschende liebevolle Frühstück.... Casa Biondani liegt gleich neben der Zugangspfort zum Altstadt, man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen, die Fähren an Gardasee funktionieren auch 1 A

Einfach nur toll

Super Lage, Zimmer riesig, Klimaanlage, alles picco Bello sauber, top Frühstück und ein genialer Vermieter. Eine so herzliche Seele wie Giovanni hab ich selten erlebt. Das Haus verfügt sogar über einen Aufzug. Da ich mit einem XXL Rollator unterwegs bin eine Top Erleichterung.

Geheimtipp, den man eigentlich nicht verraten sollte.....

Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren nach Lazise und hatten noch nie so eine tolle Unterkunft. Direkt an der Stadtmauer (Hauptstrasse) mit Parkplatz!!! Man bekommt einen Schlüssel für die Schranke, und kann ohne Probleme auch mit großen Autos im Schatten parken. Parkplatz hinter der ersten Häuserreihe (man sieht ihn von der Straße aus nicht) Unterkunft 10 mtr daneben. Gesicherte Tore und Haustür mit Schlüssel. Großer schattiger Garten. Gehört aber den Besitzern die im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Die zwei Doppelzimmer liegen im 1. Stock. Giovanni wohnt im Dachgeschoss. Aufzug vorhanden. Wir haben zwei DZ gebucht, somit hätten wir die ganze Wohneinheit für uns alleine. Schlafzimmer sind absperrbar. Wunderschön renoviert. Der alte Holzboden und die Deckenbalken wurden freigelegt. Zwei Bäder, Küche (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine) und ein kleiner Balkon. Giovanni ist mit der herzlichste Gastgeber den wir je hatten. Spricht auch sehr gutes Deutsch. Wir konnten uns jeden Tag ein Frühstück wünschen. Gekochte Eier, Schinken, Salami, Käse, Brot, Semmeln, O- Saft, Früchte, Müsli, Aufstriche, Milch usw... Giovanni hat sogar für die Kinder Erdbeer Snacks als Lunchpaket gepackt. Einmal hat uns Giovanni unsere Strandtücher in seinen privaten Trockner geworfen, damit sie am nächsten Tag schön kuschelig weich sind. Jeden Tag Zimmerservice. Geputzt, Betten gemacht, Frühstückstisch gedeckt. Wir waren tagsüber auf Ausflügen. Abends heim, geduscht, zweimal umgefallen und schon steht man mitten in der Altstadt von Lazise 🤩 Eigentlich dürfte man diesen Geheimtipp gar nicht verraten 😁 Wir werden auf alle Fälle nur noch bei Giovanni buchen. Gibt für uns keine bessere Unterkunft in Lazise 💚 Danke Giovanni, bis nächstes Jahr.

Ein italienischer Traum bei einem wundervollen Gastgeber

Die Lage ist wirklich herausragend, direkt an der Stadtmauer von Lazise. Hinter einer Schranke liegt direkt am Haus der Parkplatz, welcher inkludiert ist. Giovanni als Gastgeber hat alleine 20* verdient. Er zauberte uns jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück mit immer wieder neuen italienischen kulinarischen Überraschungen. Auch hat er uns mit vielen Tipps zur Gegend versorgt. Wir kommen sicher wieder lieber Giovanni!

Un sogno in un posto da sogno.

Struttura meravigliosa, in punto tattico, letteralmente alle porte di Lazise. Natura attorno, silenzio, la proprietaria è stata super disponibile, lasciandoci anche due delle loro bici. Che abbiamo utilizzato nelle nostre passeggiate serali, lungo lago. Un sogno. Poi Giovanni che si occupa di tutta l'organizzazione del B&B, premuroso, attento, disponibile, una persona davvero piacevole e che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più perfetto. Ci torneremo sicuramente❤️

Top vakantie genoten op een super locatie.

Locatie grenst aan de stadsmuur van het centrum, kent veel historie en is dito aangekleed maar voorzien van moderne gemakken. De gastheer Giovanni is super gastvrij en uiterst behulpzaam, waste zelfs een rok waarop was geknoeid. In de ochtend lekker op het kleine balkon in het ochtend zonnetje van een kopje koffie genieten, gewoonweg heerlijk.

De locatie is perfect, lopende het stadje in, met de auto direct bij de uitvalswegen. De gastheer Giovanni is allervriendelijkst en behulpzaam. De kamer en de badkamer is superschoon en het ontbijt is alles wat je kan wensen.

Bel fine settimana a Lazise

Villa ottocentesca attigua alla porta San Zeno, comodissima per il borgo e il lago. Giovanni ci ha ospitato in modo più che cordiale e ci ha preparato un'ottima colazione, su misura. Il bagno privato esterno non è un problema. Insonorizzazione efficace, pulizia ovunque, asciugamani ampi e morbidi, letto grande e confortevole.

Tutto bene. Se in camera ci fosse un tavolino, per appoggiare il portatile o altro, sarebbe la perfezione.
