Amazing place to stay! Perfect location, rooms, staff!

Modern and well located apartment

Staff was very helpful and the location was amazing, we were couple of minutes walking from a bus stop, market and restaurant; around 5 minutes from the lake, a public park for the kids, the lake and more restaurants. The apartment itself was great and the Blinders were probably the best I have seen, it really kept the apartment dark.

A spacious apartment in a great location.

It was very spacious with a good sized balcony in a good location to the centre and the lake. There is also a big supermarket only a 5 minute walk away.

The bathroom is in the main bedroom, which wouldn’t be ideal if you are sharing with other adults. The reception is only available at very limited times and you have to call or message staff. The staff weren’t particularly helpful. I asked for a taxi to be arranged on the day of departure, but I was sent a telephone number and told to call it myself.

We did all the things we wanted to do and enjoyed returning to the apartment.

The pool, the accommodation, location, cleanliness, easy access to bus and ferry's. Able to explore Cola by bus. Town was at our door step. Thank you

Very good

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room and the pool was well cleaned. The hotel has a very nice location near the lake and the city.

The kitchen was a little too badly equiped, for example only one chopping board and the knives were dull. It was difficult to air out the room during and after cooking.

Exceptional

Great location next to the city center, very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Short walk to the lake. Dedicated parking spot in front of the apartment. Apartment is spacious, bright and clean.It is very well equipped (electric sun blinds, mosquito nets, two air conditioners, entrance secured with code...). Vending machine is located in the building. Our host Anna was very nice and helpful.

A very fun week in a beautiful town on an amazing lake in a great apartment!

The apartment was immaculately clean, well equipped with 3 different coffee makers, big balcony, effective blinds to darken the bedrooms, great heating and air conditioning, beautiful swimming pool, 2 minutes walk to the main piazza, and Anna was very friendly and helpful, but also generous and flexible (with check in / out times, washing facilities, general information).

Fantastisch!!!

7 nachten verbleven! Heerlijk, mooi en schoon hotel met een prachtig en heerlijk zwembad! Bij het zwembad zijn regels zodat iedereen heerlijk kan relaxen! De straat overstekken en je bent in het prachtige centrum van Lazise! Supermarkt op 2 minuten lopen ook heel handig! Zeker een aanrader!

Alles was perfect! Enige tip is om de regels bij het zwembad bij het inchecken persoonlijk verkort te bespreken of aangeven de regels uitvoerig te lezen bij het zwembad. Helaas vonden sommige gasten het lastig om regels te lezen en dus na te komen. Gelukkig waren jullie attentent en hebben jullie dit zelf opgemerkt en meteen opgelost!! Top!!!

Wiederholbar, auf jeden Fall!

Residenz nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, das sehr schöne Lazise in wenigen Schritten erreichbar, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Hübsche Wochnung, im 3. Stock auch mit Lift erreichbar, schöner Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.

Einfahrt könnte etwas besser gestaltet sein, war aber OK Zu wenig Aufhängemöglichketen im Bad, nur 2 Haken für die Handtücher von vier Personen.

Stupendo soggiorno a Lazise

Posizione fantastica a ridosso del centro storico di Lazise, cura nei dettagli, lavastoviglie compresa di necesser per poterla utilizzare, piccoli kit per le necessità dell'appartamento, addirittura un portaombrelli con ombrelli per gli ospiti, piscina.

Pulizia non all'altezza della struttura, l'antenna della televisione olo via cavo può andar bene agli stranieri ma non a noi italiani, aggiungerei l'attenna tradizionale, prestare più attenzione a dei dettagli che già si stanno rovinando, come il telo piscina...

Gemütlich und Familiär

Das Apartment war für uns ideal wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Ausblick zum See mit einem kleinen Schönheitsfehler der Bau vor uns mit dem Liftschacht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet wir haben die aber nicht groß genutzt es hat soviel schöne Restaurants in der Nähe in dem schönen Städtchen Lazise mit den verwinkelten Gässchen . Die Lage vom Apartment ist super nur wenige Minuten zum See und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß reicht aber für eine Abkühlung. Es war ruhig und gemütlich am Pool. Das Residenza Sante Team ist sehr freundlich.

Dejligt at det lå så tæt på byen, skøn swimmingpool med nok solstole

Sovesofaen i stuen var ikke behagelig, den faldt ligesom sammen på midten. Passer ikke til større børn. Dejligt med parkeringsplads til hver lejlighed, men sparsom plads, nu med de endnu større biler.

Dejligt lille resort, med få lejligheder.

Alt var faktisk godt, dog er der klare regler for stille timer og larm ved pool, boldspil mm. Det overholdes desværre ikke. Vi havde valgt dette til, så vi kunne få en stille og afslappende ferie. Meget venligt personale.

Super Lage

Gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt einen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, aber alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine unten bei der Rezeprion die man gegen Gebühr nutzen kann.

Für mich persönlich war das Bett zu hart. Mein Mann war allerdings anderer Meinung. Aber das ust immer ansichtssache.

Mukava ja rauhallinen huoneisto uima-altaalla lähellä kaikkea.

Sijainti oli loistava lähellä kaupunkia, järveä, supermarkettia ja bussipysäkkiä. Huoneisto oli moderni ja uima-allasalue siisti. Uimarannalle noin 10-15 minuutin kävelymatka.

Vaikka siivouksen taso oli pääasiassa hyvää niin huoneiston sekä parvekkeen lattiat olisi voineet olla puhtaammat.

Das jedes Apartment einen eigenen Stellplatz hat top !! Sehr freundliche Familie wir kommen wieder !! Der Balkon war groß und ausreichend Platz Die Lage absolut top !! Wir brauchten kein Auto, da nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum
