Emplacement très proche du centre mais au calme. Appartement spacieux. Piscine agréable et propre, beaucoup de place. Equipe à l'écoute et réactive. Clim efficace et fonctionnelle. Grande salle de bain. Lits confortables.
Manque d'équipements dans l'appartement : pas de cafetière capsule, poêle à frire usée, pas d'éclairage dans la cuisine, pas assez de verres. On aurait apprécié un lave vaisselle et un lave linge. Les places de parking sont trop étroites et aléatoires, on aurait apprécié avoir une place attribuée par appartement.

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Lazise war einfach herrlich.
Das Frühstück war gut, aber sehr einseitig. Immer das gleiche Obst, der gleiche Joghurt, die gleiche Marmelade und die gleichen aufgebackenen Brötchen. Nach sieben Tagen reicht es! Die Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption und uns, als Gast, war nicht immer optimal und von Gleichgültigkeit bei unklaren Fragen geprägt. Wir hatten Probleme bei der Zuweisung unseres Parkplatzes, da keiner zu unserer Zimmernummer zu existieren schien. Zuerst wusste niemand Bescheid und nach 5 Tagen wurden wir nicht gerade freundlich hingewiesen an der Straße zu parken.
