Great other than the building site view.

Very clean. Roomy studio with a large balcony and good kitchen. Only missing an oven.

Unfortunately the balcony overlooks a building site. Pool was too cold and Aircon not cold enough.. fixed on 25C.

We lost our room key by accident on the first day. It was an honest mistake, but we were shouted at on the phone and was told that the key (consisting of a fob to the main entrance and key for door to the room) was also the only key to the safe in the room?! And that it would cost us over 100-200 euros as the safe may need to be completely replaced?! This did not make sense to us. On checking the safe in the room can be accessed using a self-generated pin code. There was nowhere on the safe that states that a key or key fob is required to use it... Nonetheless isn't it a security risk if the room key is the same key required to access the safe if was lost? We were quite worried about the charges and that soured the rest of our otherwise pleasant stay. At check-out he said he decided not to charge us for the safe replacement and the final amount to replace the key was 55 euro. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of our honest mistake in losing it and that is a shame as otherwise it was a decent stay.

Great pool. Large room. Good breakfast. Lovely gardens to relax under the trees by the pool

We didn’t realise it isn’t a hotel so toiletries , drinking glasses were absent. Only two disposable plastic cups provided for 9 days. But these were the only shortcomings for our stay.

Ligger rigtig smukt, tæt på byen og søen. Rigtig hyggeligt.

Hyggeligt hotel med oliven Lund og pool. Søde og hjælpsomme personale. Pænt og rent.

Meget støj fra trafik. Og håndværkere ved siden af hotel.

Buona la posizione, ma non tornerei

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, inoltre abbiamo scelto questa struttura per il parcheggio privato che però, il giorno prima ci è stato detto non essere disponibile. Ci é stato proposto in alternativa un parcheggio nelle vicinanze, che però aveva orari di apertura ristretti (noi dovevamo partire al mattino presto e non avremmo potuto lasciare il parcheggio perché chiuso). Quindi un po’ di confusione generale. Poi non é presente nessuno alla reception per la maggior parte delle ore del giorno, quindi comunque si é soli nella struttura in caso di necessità.

Mir ist nichts Negatives aufgefallen. Für die Gäste, die Liegen mit Handtüchern blockieren, aber nicht erscheinen, kann der Gastgeber ja nichts.

Het was een fijne vacantie. De bedden en sanitair waren prima!

Het mooie zwembad en de ligging van de afstand naar het meer.

Dat we €16,00 pp nog bij moesten betalen voor schoonmaakkosten en ontbijt. Dat hebben wij niet gedaan.

Lekker kleinschalig rustig hotel waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen.

De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en de bedden comfortabel. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en staan direct voor je klaar. Er was een communicatie fout voor 1 nacht dat we geen kamer hadden maar werd met het naast gelegen hotel opgelost en kregen een mooie fles bubbels en flesjes water voor onderweg mee omdat wij door gingen naar Florence. Echt heel tevreden vertrokken.

Minpuntjes niet alle kamers hebben een balkon en onze douchecabine was aan vervanging toe. Persoonlijk vond ik het jammer dat je niets bij het zwembad te drinken kon krijgen maar daarentegen is de Spar om de hoek en hadden we een koelkast op de kamer. Wellicht gaat dit veranderen omdat er een tweede complex gebouwd word achter met ondergrondse parkeergarage zodat het iets groter word en er wellicht wel een barretje komt wat dan ook rendabel is. Er word overigens niet gebouwd in het hoogseizoen

Een tegenvaller voor iets waar we meer van hadden verwacht.

De ligging vlak bij het Gardameer was goed. Er was een tuin bij met ligbedden en een zwembad.

We hadden het appartement op de bovenste etage (3e). Dit appartement heeft alleen dakramen en een dakterrasje waar de muren zo hoog waren dat we alleen de lucht en een enkele boomtop konden zien. We voelden ons volledig opgesloten. De foto’s op de site komen niet overeen met hoe het appartement in werkelijkheid was. Er stonden wat meubels die totaal niet bij elkaar pasten, veel open vakkenkasten van verschillende stijlen en alles was oud en beschadigd. Op de doorgezakte slaapbank kon je niet zitten. Keuken was redelijk en voorzien van wat nodig is. Het bed en de badkamer waren goed. Het dakraam in de slaapkamer was voorzien van schuifgordijn dat eigenlijk elektrisch bediend kon worden maar deed het niet. Moest je heel onhandig met een stok dicht schuiven en uiteindelijk paste het ook niet waardoor er een heel stuk raam open bleef.

Studio met groot balkon. Heerlijk zwembad en ligweide. Ligging nabij centrum Lazise. In de ochtend lopend broodjes halen bij bakkertje om de hoek. Personeel allemaal aardig, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Heerlijke plek. Aanrader!!!

Moesten zelf 2 x om schone handdoeken vragen. In 11 nachten is dat wel fijn.

Katastrophe und leider nie wieder!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut - das einzige während unseres Aufenthaltes!

Die Baustelle direkt gegenüber! Ab 7 Uhr morgens war die Kreissäge zu hören. So hatten wir uns den Geburtstags-Start meines Mannes nicht vorgestellt!

Sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt in netter und freundlicher Atmosphäre

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und reichhaltig. Die Lage zum Zentrum war sehr gut und fußläufig innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man kann das Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Wetter lage Frühstück alles vom Feinsten.

Es war ein Traum das man nur 1-2 Minuten ins Zentrum hatte und einen schönen Blick auf den See. Das Haus war ruhig ., Personal sehr freundlich. Wir werden es gerne wieder buchen.
