We sometimes had smoke from another guest come i to the room from the balcony (as happens in Europe). we had air conditioning and could close the balcony doors, but would have been nicer to have them open at night. We also would have preferred a mountain bike option with hotel bikes. These were not a big negative at all and our stay was lovely.

Fantastic hotel in great location.

Really lovely place, fab views over the castle walls, nice walk through the grounds to the town. Recommend the Romeo superior room with pool view.. will definitely go back, thx to all the team in the hotel. All so very nice.

Choose your room to suit you. Sun in morning at back of hotel, views over town at front - sun late afternoon.. rooms different in sizes.

Ein super Hotel in dem wir gerne wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, sehr freundlicher Empfang, perfekte Lage. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten durch den hoteleigenen schönen Garten erreichbar. Zimmer war schön aber etwas knapp bemessen. Für einige Tage ist es aber ok. Sehr toller Pool. Das Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig und gut. Gute Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit.

Nichts. Wir haben schon einige Urlaube hier verbracht.

Das Früstück war hervorragend.Zimmer Service war auch gut.Die Leute waren sehr nett.kann man weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten standard Zimmer gegen die Strasse. Auf dem Balkon war es sehr laut. Nächstes mal nehmen wir ein anderes das ruhiger ist.

War insgesamt sehr zufrieden

Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, 1A. Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, das Hilton in Berlin hat ein gutes Frühstücksangebot ebenso wie früher das Steigenberger in Saanen, aber das Frühstücksangebot im Hotel Giuletta Romeo schlägt alles was ich kenne. Sowohl die Art der Darbietung als auch die besonderen Angebote bei Gemüse. Ich bin begeistert.

Na ja wenn man im Außenbereich sitzt und an die Bar gehen muß um ein neues Getränk zu bestellen, dann wird das diesem Haus nicht gerecht. Aber Personal das ist wohl immer. Öfter ein Thema.

Toller Urlaub am Gardasee in einem top geführten Hotel.

Top Lage - 5 Minuten in den Ortskern, top Pool, wir hatten das Zimmer 121 nach hinten zum Parkplatz, war top, da nicht zur Straße.

Das Frühstück war erstklassig, es sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben, das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam ! Die Hotel Anlage ist sehr großzügig und gepflegt.

Durch die nahegelegene Strasse ist es zeitweise etwas laut (je nach Zimmerlage)
