I never write reviews, but some experiences are just too bizarre to keep to myself.
We booked two nights here after seeing the promise of “free access to the daily wellness spa and facilities.” Sounded lovely. Spoiler: it wasn’t.
Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted us with a tour and casually mentioned that the wellness area was closed for the summer because it’s hot. Yes, apparently heat is now an unexpected phenomenon in August, and the spa simply can’t cope. Odd, but fine — onward to the room. Oh, and she’d also told us there would be a complimentary “wellness bag” waiting in the room. Sweet touch, right? Keep that detail in mind.
The room had no working air conditioning. We went back to reception to ask for the number to call them from our room. The same receptionist assured us she’d “turn on the AC for us now.” That’s… not how AC works, but okay.
Back in the room, the AC was still dead. We tried calling reception — the number didn’t work. Back down we went. She insisted the number was correct and again promised to “turn it on right now.” Did I mention it was 35°C outside?
Still nothing. Another trip downstairs, an hour passed in a room with no oxygen, this time greeted by a much friendlier receptionist who admitted the AC was broken and could only be fixed if we vacated the room which we reluctantly did despite being exhausted from travel.. Also, the phone number the first receptionist gave us? Wrong. Twice.
The AC was eventually “fixed,” though “fixed” here means the room stubbornly hovered at 25–26°C the entire stay. without any way for us to control it. The explanation: it’s hot outside. Groundbreaking insight.
The cherry on top? Turns out the wellness area was open all along — directly contradicting what we were told on check-in. So she lied about the phone number twice, the spa, and, as we learned later, the “complimentary” wellness bag. After checkout, we received a charming message saying we either return the bag or pay €90. awful experience

Overall we loved our stay, especially the dinners. If we come back to lake Garda, we will definitely stay at Natiia Rela
just about everything! Beds we’re very comfortable, room was quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinners were AMAZING!!!
Our coffee maker ate the coffee pods.
Swimming pools were way too cold. No way that I could find to warm the water in the indoor whirlpool. I would have loved to use it but water was too cold to sit in it.
Should have a shuttle service of some type to get into town and back.
Need more lights in the bedroom- too dark.

Great place to stay near Lake Garda. The property is very new. The restaurant on the property is great with a notable wine list, which includes many good wines from the property. The views of the lake are amazing. Amazing location to stay and relax.

beautiful property with plenty of ways to relax! the spa was very clean. the staff was so accommodating and helpful with scheduling massages and activities. good location for getting around Lago di Garda.
the only negative aspect was the proximity to the road. you could hear cars, motorcycles, and ambulances while outside on the patio or by the pool.

They had a good breakfast which was individually prepared and tasty. Everything was clean and the garden looked beautiful. The staff was very friendly and would never loose their smile.
Because the main street of the Lake passes right in front of the property it is very noisy at the pool. This is a very beautiful Hotel but is not made for people who get annoyed by car sounds. I rather like to listen to the nature while relaxing than to ambulances and motorcycles passing by.

Friendly and relaxing hotel
The staff were so welcoming, it was a sigh of relief for us when we arrived and were given a glass of fizz and grissini with olive oil - all made by the hotel itself! Breakfast was delicious, particularly the omelettes and the jam made from berries grown on site. I love the ethos of reducing waste and using locally grown food. The room was very clean and comfy, and the views of Lake Garda were beautiful. Overall a really relaxing place to be, I would absolutely come back.
Only downside I can think of is that it's a little out of the town, but it's an easy walk into Lazise.

Nice modern boutique hotel
This boutique hotel has recently been opened and they are still finding the balance. They are located in Lazise (southern part of the garda lake) amidst vineyards and an epic view of the surroundings and Monte Baldo. A busy road and camping seperates the hotel from the Lakeside, which dilutes the luxury feel to some extend. Proximity to Verona and other nice cities is a plus. Weather, this side of lake garda is always better than the Northern parts. The staff is very friendly and so is the personalized breakfast (which after a few days has too little variation). We stayed at the suites (larger rooms) which adds to the experience. Would certainly go back.

Struttura bellissima e accoglienza davvero ottima. Abbiamo anche mangiato al ristorante, che è eccellente. Lo chef è veramente super!

Superiorzimmer mit seeblick gebucht aber Erdgeschoss mit Blick in den Hof bekommen, dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen das auch im EG ohne seeblick war und dann im dritten Anlauf hat es geklappt, Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet aber nicht gemütlich und ohne Liebe zum Detail, Badezimmer war nicht sauber, Lüfter völlig verschmutzt und Spiegel ebenfalls , Silikonfuge in der Dusche schimmelt

Das Zimmer hatte nicht die Ausstattung die es versprochen hatte. Die Sauna war nicht fninnisch, sondern nur 60 Grad.

L'hôtel est situé en sortie de ville. Belle vue sur le lac et de beaux couchers de soleil à prévoir. Tout est pensé pour vous faire passer un agréable moment.
Les piscines extérieures et intérieures sont bien équipées. Le coin spa est accueillant avec son espace tisanerie.

Et le restaurant....digne d'un restaurant 1 etoile. Les plats sont bons, réfléchis et goûteux. Nous avons pris l'expérience 5 plats. Le service était au RDV : Michael nous a bien conseillé pour le vin produit en local

Es war alles top. Die Zimmerreinigung hätte etwas aufmerksamer sein können was zB auffüllen von Kaffee usw. auf dem Zimmer angeht, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau!
