Really great place. The staff was so nice, helpfull and friendly.
The location is fantastic, only a 2 min walk to the center of Lazise.
If the room would have had a coffee maker I would rate this property 10. Other than that everything was perfect.

Our aircondition did not work, it was 27 degrees celcius during night, made it hard to sleep well. The shower did not work well, and the power sockets were few and not well functioning.

the accommodation did not match the price. The room for €230 was as big as a car garage and that included the bathroom. An absolute tragedy. In order for the hotel to achieve 3*, it crammed everything into a small space where there is no possibility to spend time.

the bathroom smelled on arrival but was attended to and was ok after that. No tea and coffee facilities in the room nor an ironing board but perhaps that is the norm? cost at £150 per night seemed high but again perhaps that is the going rate?

Old hotel, could not take a descent shower and price/quality is very low. Not worth a visit.
The location of the hotel was fine. One minute walk to the center of Lasize.
A little context; we paid 185 (!) euros per night for this room.
The biggest problem was that the water pressure in our bathroom was very low. We could not take a descent shower, especially not at around 19:00 PM. Besides, sometimes we needed to flush the toilet 4 to 5 times.. When we addressed this problem to the owner of the hotel, she told us that we could take the general (old) shower near the pool.. not really a nice answer for 185 euros per night. Besides, she said that there was no problem at all (via her standards).
Second, we booked a room for three persons. In reality, our room was almost to small for two persons. There was no place to sit for the two of us and we also didn't had a balcony, which made our room even smaller. The whole room was old and needed a lot of replacements and restorations. This was besides the total appearance of the hotel. From the furniture near the reception to the outside of the building. We had one wall outlet next to our bed to charge our mobile phones. This one was only so old that our power plug felt a lot of times our of the wall outlet. It was struggling every day to charge our mobile devices.
About the hygiene, the room was cleaned every day. The problem was that the room was not cleaned properly and the room was not 'fresh'. From the floor till the sheets of our bed. Besides, the new towels smelled also not good.
The swimming pool was unfortunately also not what we expected. It is a big pool that you put in your garden during the summer, surrounded with wooden scaffolding. Not a pool that you expect in a hotel like this.
To summarize, the hotel is not what we expected. The price/quality is far from good. The hotel has three stars but is far from a nice, descent, fresh hotel. The whole hotel was old and needed a lot of refreshments. They didn't helped us in a nice way with the water pressure, add our experience with the room, the swimming pool and the hygiene makes this an one time experience for...

Frühstück war sehr gut. Große Auswahl. Täglich wechselnde warme Komponenten (Gemüse, herzhaft gefülltes Blätterteiggebäck).
Geräumiger Frühstücksraum und große Terrasse.
Hotel liegt sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage.

Badezimmer schön groß und mit kleinem Balkon.
Zimmerausstattung nicht optimal. Die meisten Schubläden des Holz-Sideboards ließen sich nicht öffnen. Kleiderschrank hatte eine Höhe von nur 1,50 m und keine Fachböden.
Die Wände des Zimmers waren mit dunkler Magenta-Farbe gestrichen.
TV-Liebhaber können Programme nur in italienischer Sprache ansehen. Deutsche Sender wurden nicht empfangen.

Ligging, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Echt een welkom gevoel. Erg schoon en netjes.
Zwembad ook prima om even af te koelen.
Voldoende ligbedjes.
Ontbijt ook uitgebreid.
Bij uitchecken kregen we nog een flesje wijn.
Er viel eigenijk niks echt tegen, alleen de felle kleuren waarin de kamers zijn geschilderd. Knal roze, blauw, paars, groen. Eigenlijk wel grappig.
En de douche is erg klein, voor hele stevige mensen iets aan de krappe kant.

Die Umgebung ist recht laut. Ganz arg: genau gegenüber ein Pup mit Außenbestuhlung und 2x Livemusik in der Woche. Wenn dort viel los ist, ist Tumult bis 2 oder 3 in der Nacht - Musik bis 0 Uhr. Das ist super schade, sonst wäre das Hotel eine 10 von 10. Die Lage ist super, nah an der Promenade und nah an der Altstadt
