great location and staff, would stay again!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the facilities were great, very comfy bed and good sized room. We had a balcony from which we could see the lake. We drove to the hotel and a car parking space was all ready for us. The staff were very friendly and incredibly accommodating and of course the location was perfect!

The hairdryer in the room could be upgraded...quite low power...that is us being very picky!

Perfetto!!

The service was super friendly and nice with us, room with a decent size and very clean and tidy. The location is perfect just beside the wall of the city and 1 min walk to center and 5 min walk to nearest beach/lido. Breakfast very good, we haven't tried hot food (eggs etc) but was also available. A plus, the also have free bikes for the guests that you can use when you want, just need to leave a 10€ deposit, refundable. It is a point in our map to come back.

Bello, i mercatini di Natale erano carini anche se chiudono presto la sera.

Ci siamo già stati a settembre. La posizione vicinissima al centro, il parcheggio molto comodo e la camera più comoda e spaziosa rispetto a quella nella dependance. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari.

Niente in particolare, forse il fatto che a differenza di settembre il bar non era aperto la sera.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Das Frühstück ist herrlich vielfältig und sehr lecker. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber, alle Angestellten hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent. Wenn ich 2 kleine Wünsche äußern dürfte: Bitte neue Matratze (meine Seite war etwas durchgelegen und nicht mehr ganz gerade) und einen leistungsstärkeren Fön. Alles in allem, ein wunderbares Hotel in das wir gerne zurückkehren werden!

La posizione vicinissima al centro, il parcheggio, il personale gentile e attento. Buona la colazione anche se non preferisco il cappuccino dalla macchinetta. Il servizio bar fino a tarda ora la sera. La camera bella, ma me l’aspettavo più grande per la categoria superior. Il bagno bello moderno, un po’ piccolo, avrei gradito una mensola sopra il lavabo per appoggiare i prodotti.

Sono rimasta stupita quando mi è stato detto che la camera scelta era nella dependence di fronte all’albergo perché su Booking non era chiaro. Avrei preferito soggiornare nella struttura.

Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt Lazise.

Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück hatte alles was man mag und es wurde stets aufgefüllt. Alle Fragen wurden uns nett beantwortet. Toll war es, dass man sich jederzeit kostenlos Wasser holen konnte und man sich jederzeit an der Kaffeemaschine bedienen durfte.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Schönes Haus in bester Lage mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage für anschließende Stadtbesuche. Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe nur das Bidet im Bad ist sehr schwehr zugänglich. Der Pool hatte Salzwasser und war somit, gefühlt, weich zum Schwimmen.

Ein sehr sauberes, renoviertes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, ruhige, aber nicht abseits gelegene Lage, in wenigen Schritten im Zentrum, sehr gutes Frühstück sauberer Pool und Außenbeleuchtung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und werden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen !

Personal alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstücksbüffet für ein 3 Sterne Haus bestens. Die Lage war super, kurze Wege in die Stadt oder zur Bushaltestelle. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus, besser geht es nicht. Pool kleiner aber trotzdem ausreichend. Jederzeit gerne wieder in dieses Hotel !

Es gab an der Unterkunft absolut nichts zu beanstanden.
