A Wonderful Hotel for a Lake Garda Stay

The location was adjacent to the Lazise ferry port and harbor, which is also right in the middle of town. Everything was just outside the door

The directions to the parking lot were vague and a hand drawn map by the lady who checked us in, sadly, didn't help either. It was in a sea (do to speak) of well-marked parking lots, all of them with signs to identify them. The lot that the Oreste Suite uses didn't have a sign and, from the driver's seat, didn't have a keypad for entry. I stopped at a camp ground adjacent to the mega-lots where a very helpful young man asked me to drive back around and through parking lots block He met me there and identified the lot and showed me where the keypad was. After that, it was almost a half mile back to the hotel. A better map would have made the experience far less frustrating and time-consuming.

Fabulous Location and Town

Location is absolutely fabulous.

Access via 2 steep staircases. Wifi in our room very poor. Instructions prior to arrival as to how to find the apartment very fague as it is in a busy pedestrian area. Carpark location also would be easy to find if given a Google map location.

Fantastic apartment in a stunning location.

The location was amazing. Stepping out directly onto the harbourside made us feel like real locals rather than tourists. The apartment was spacious, and we got free snacks and water, which was unexpected. Room cleaned and serviced every day!

Sadly, the bed was a little hard for our taste, and the sheets were a tiny bit rough.

Amazing Stay

Everything. The amazing view, super comfy and clean room, wifi, personnel, amazing shower, also the fact i ordered dinner to the room fron their restaurant once and it was amazing.

Breakfast was very nice ( specially the fresh croissants) but can still be improved with more varities like cake and also eggs or something.

Locality was perfect, room was kept clean daily, with replenishment of coffee pods/tea etc Although we didn't get a terrace/balcony room the views were still decent

I should have looked into the rooms more thoroughly as I would have preferred a balcony/terrace but I couldn't really make sense of which rooms were which on booking form. Should have looked more into it. As anywhere in Italy expect stairs and several flights at that, not a problem for us but if you are on the top floor, it could be a tough one if infirm or mobility issues

It was located in the centre of Lazise, by the waterfront in the old town.

Too many stairs with very heavy suitcases. No lift and no assistance. Didn’t like breakfast served in room.

Amazing location and comfortable room

Amazing location if you want to experience the hustle and bustle of a beautiful Italian port. Great restaurants close by including the one owned by the hosts. Comfortable room with aircon which is a must during the hotter periods in Italy. Daily turn down service for the room was appreciated and kept kept room as spotless as it was when we checked in. Bonus of having a little fridge and coffee machine was a nice touch and helpful to keep wine and beer nice and cold if you want to enjoy drinks in your room on the balcony. Hosts were great, welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast was sufficient to fill you up each morning, but after 6 days - bread rolls, a croissant each and cured meats/ cheese gets a bit monotonous. The breakfast is still brought to the room in a little hamper, which although I appreciate is safer, isn't something all people will enjoy.

Prime location on the lake front

Very large room with a balcony right on the lake front, in the prime location of the old city of lezise. Paola the owner was very nice and communicative. There's a reserved parking 2 min walk from the hotel, and you can enter the ZTL to drop off your luggage (after registration at the hotel)

AC was not as powerful as I would wish for this size of a room in hot July

Fantastic location, apartment very clean with all amenities needed and great breakfast

Fantastic location in Lazise, walking distance from everywhere (parking, city center, lake front). Owners were very nice and accommodating with our requests (extra cot for our baby and warming up her food) and also gave us some indications to make our stay more pleasant. Breakfast was served in our room and everything was fresh. Apartment was very clean with all amenities you might need

There’s no elevator so it was a bit uncomfortable to bring our baby upstairs (most of all when she was already asleep on the stroller), but nothing major: the apartment was so nice that those stairs were worth it :)

Exceptional

Everything. Laura greeted us nicely. Room #2 with two balconies overlooked the scenic Porto Vecchio. Comfortable bed. Very nice restaurant. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in.

Some others questioned the walk from the parking lot— but it’s easy, even rolling our small suitcases. No, there’s no elevator, but they nicely helped my wife with her suitcase. We’re 72, and it was well worth any effort. Thanks for a great stay!

Ein sehr schönes uns preiswertes Hotel mit toller Lage!

Das Personal war total freundlich und die Zimmer waren modern und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und auch die Lage direkt an dem kleinen Hafen war schön. Außerdem war es total lieb das etwas kleines als "Frühstück" gegeben war (wurde auch aufgefüllt) und die Zimmer nicht nur aufgeräumt und gegputzt wurden, sondern auch Klamotten zusammengelegt und andere private Gegenstände sehr vorsichtig behandelt wurden (Buch von Boden auf den Schrank gelegt).

Man könnte beim Einchecken erwähnen, dass das "nicht betreten" Schild außen an die Tür gehängt werden muss wenn man verhindern möchte, dass ohne Ankündigung sonst aufgeschlossen und man geweckt wird wenn man zu lange schläft.

Che dire 10+++

Posizione centralissima ,vista appartamento su lago...uno spettacolo lunare con scia sul lago visto comodamente dal divano di casa, appartamento pulito con caffè,detergente stoviglie, lavastoviglie,asciugamani, biancheria letto. Appartamento grazioso confortevole caldo e spazioso. Staff eccellente disponibile..presente anche il loro ristorante al piano terra dove si mangia benissimo,ambiente curato ,staff preciso cordiale competente sorridente direi quasi raro.

Unici due lati negativi: 1) Le scale ...non presente ascensore per cui adatto a "buone gambe" e no passeggino(è presente un piccolo spazio all entrata dove lasciarlo). 2) la mancanza delle tende in tutte le finestre della sala,in quanto è presente un divano letto che se utilizzato purtroppo il risveglio sarà alle prime luci del giorno. Tutto sommato l esperienza è stata più che ottima,ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Posizione stupenda, bellezza della camera, bel bagno, possibilità di fare il caffè in camera, parcheggio riservato (a 5 minuti a piedi), presenza di pompa di calore (i termo non scaldavano appieno ma la pompa di calore ovviava bene), giusto rapporto qualità prezzo.

Apri il portone e ti ritrovi immerso nella movida Macchina del caffè, acqua e qualche brioches per colazione. Comodissimo il posto auto compreso nel prezzo

Materasso da sostituire ( un lato era visibilmente infossato). Impossibilità di aprire porte e finestre causa motori del ristorante al piano terra

Schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Lazise

Hervorragende Lage am Hafen, man ist mittendrin. Hübsche kleine Suite mit sehr modernem und großem Bad. Wir wurden vor Ankunft schon über den Parkplatz ( 5 Minuten Fußweg) informiert und sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀
