A very comfortable stay.

It was clean, contemporary and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious with more than enough storage. The bathroom was also spacious and beautifully designed and decorated.

There was very poor phone signal. I had to stand outside to talk on my phone and as I was calling out for medical reasons it was a problem as it was winter. I couldn’t get any internet connection on my phone either so researching pharmacies also was done outside.

We had a lovely weekend meeting up with family who live nearby, but also having our own space.

The cottage was lovely and clean and just right for our short stay. Fairly well equipped and the milk and basket of groceries was a very nice and useful thought.

Nothing really, it was a nice little cottage close to our family so that we could meet up.

Relaxing stay at Manor Farm

Everything about this cottage was lovely, spotlessly clean and very cosy. Well equipped and milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits to welcome us. Situated just out of the city, with a nice half hour walk either by the river or main road. Village a mile down the road. On a bus route, and buses seem to run quite frequently. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and we are looking to come back later in the year.

Good location. Quiet and relaxing.

No heating in the bathroom - if the weather had not been warm that could have been an issue. Our biggest bugbear was the fact it had no internet.

Lovely quiet little cottage about a 30 minute walk from the centre of York. Had all the facilities you could want/need to feel relaxed and almost at home. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay at the cottage at Manor farm

Lovely cottage to stay in brand new facility. Welcome pack included tea and coffee. The Fay and her family made us most welcome. Five minutes walk from the race course. Definitely going to stay again.
