Nice location not far from York, Very quite, biscuits milk and teabags were nice gesture.
Great location if you are going to the Races.
Mattresses were a bit hard, no handwash in bathroom or tea towel in kitchen.
The oven wants a good clean and we had to clean the outside furniture.

It was clean, contemporary and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious with more than enough storage. The bathroom was also spacious and beautifully designed and decorated.
There was very poor phone signal. I had to stand outside to talk on my phone and as I was calling out for medical reasons it was a problem as it was winter. I couldn’t get any internet connection on my phone either so researching pharmacies also was done outside.
