It’s close to everything but in a area away from the hustle and bustle. The parking was an absolute bonus.it was very clean and inviting. There was shops near by for any essential items you needed. The beds was very comfortable.

Didn't have breakfast, but there's a lot of great cafes nearby.
Settee not very comfortable but adequate for the time we used it.

Great location to York city centre, clean and tidy, tasteful decoration. We loved your high street.
Duvet too hot and heavy, a summer weight would have been useful.There was one fan in the sitting room, an additional one would have been useful (then both bedroom and sofa bed user would have their own). Short on bedsheets - pillow case and duvet cover missing.
