Warm, Well-Equipped Apartment in a Fantastic Lakeside Setting

We had a wonderful seven-night stay in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and perfectly located by the lake, with excellent parking. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We stayed during winter, and the apartment was beautifully heated, a perfect place to warm up after cold days out. The welcome was lovely, and we really appreciated being emailed a helpful guide with recommendations for the best places to eat and visit. The WiFi was excellent, and everything was thoughtfully provided, making this an ideal winter retreat. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return later in the year. A truly five-star stay

Clean comfortable room with fabulous view of Lake Bled

Clean, comfortable room at the quiet end of Lake Bled. Fabulous view from the balcony. Walkable to Bled town (20mins) & to a nearby campsite with a restaurant and shop (15mins) Family owned and run, Gasper Sebanc and his father also offer a taxi service. That was a real help as the train station is close, but at the top of a very steep hill!

There is a fridge, kettle, cutlery & crockery in the room. The freezer and microwave are downstairs & shared. No problem for a short stay like ours, perhaps it would be if you are planning to stay longer.

Absolutely love love loved!

I loved absolutely everything. The apartment was well equipped, very comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for the lake, less than 2 minutesaway. It is around 10-15 minute walk to the town, and about 8-10 minutes the closest shop, so nothing was too far away!! Absolutely loved the balconies as well, especially the swing chair. Had no issues what so ever! If I'm back in Bled I would love to book this place again!

Only thing to mention was the poor WiFi connection. However for us it wasn't a big issue as we weren't there to sit on our phone the whole time, and had good phone data signal. But I could imagine for others that it could be an issue.

Superb location

Location was superb right on the lake but peaceful and quiet About a 15 -20 mins walk to the centre Clean tidy and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pretty garden Fabulous shower

I inadvertently booked a double room instead of an apartment as I like to make my own breakfast and take out lunch (not the property's fault) There were some basic utensils so was not too much of an issue. There is a restaurant within walking distance but the food was absolutely terrible

We had a very calm peaceful stay at Sebanc….much removed from the busyness of in town Bled.

We loved the quiet, beautiful, rural location. We were very close to the lake which made it great for walking and hanging out.

We did need a car for drives into town for shopping and dinners. Much too far to walk.

Highly recommended!

The house is very well equipped, especially in the kitchen where we found everything we needed. It’s clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The location is excellent—very close to the lake and surrounded by beautiful apple trees, which we really loved. The host was kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

the mattress felt quite hard on my back, and the pillows were too soft, almost like having nothing under my head ✌️

Nice stay with positive vibe and desire to return some other season

Obviously location is absolutely great to enjoy lake Bled and surrounding area, but there are other good things to mention. We liked attentive host and free offer of SUPs and badminton, clean and large garden on the lake shore and apples ripe to be stewed with some sugar on the stove. Parking is private and always available. Apartment was exactly the size we needed for a week of hiking around.

This is just to improve the quality and not to complain - kitchen ware could be selected more carefully to withstand the abuse. We would recommend stainless steel pans.

Absolutely loved our stay. Already planning to come back with family next year

Location is superb, literally 10-20metre walk to the lakeside. They provided us with paddle boards to use on first come first serve which we loved using. They also supplied a BBQ which we used to make dinner a few nights. The hosts were more than hospitable, kind, friendly and approachable. Always willing to help with anything. Room was clean and comfortable.

Perfect lakeside stay with family

Beautiful property. Comfy beds. Very clean. Well stocked kitchens. In the perfect location at that end of the lake - easy to walk into town along the lake, but quieter and right next to the water. Lovely little stream feeding the lake which was good to paddle in. Such friendly and helpful hosts. Can’t recommend enough.

Best place on Lake Bled

Highly recomend! We stayed 6 nights in the bottom floor apartment and absolutely loved it! The location was amazing, right next to a swimming area on the lake. Although it was a walk into town for a meal if you wanted to go out, it was a nice walk. We cooked everyday and the kitchen was very well equipped (like one of the most equipped kitchens in a rental that I have stayed in) and there are some good supermarkets nearby within a 6 min drive. The shower was super strong and nice. There was one firm bed and one soft bed, we liked the soft one more. We really enjoyed spending time on the patio as well looking out at all the green trees. The owner was super friendly as well!

The wifi was not good, we could only get it to work on our phones in the back bedroom but not in the front of the house or on the patio. It did work on my computer in the kitchen though which was good for when I had to work, but wifi was overall an issue. Also the lighting in the kitchen was super dim and would have been better with a brighter light. The only other things that would have been nice would be a freezer to be able to put ice in for drinks or frozen food since we were cooking. Also a washing machine would have been nice considering we stayed a while and there would have been space for one, however there was a laundrymat nearby. But these are just things what would have enhanced the stay.

Incredible location, just a stone’s throw from the water with private gardens. Free to use paddle boards. Balcony views.

The mattress was too hard, and pillows too soft, really uncomfortable couple of sleeps unfortunately. They just haven’t invested in nice mattresses or pillows. Although we didn’t have any issues, I can’t imagine 2 paddle boards is enough for when the place is fully booked.

Lovely lake view

Great location near the lake with lake views. It's at Bled Jezero, so near a train station and at the other end of the lake to Bled town, so quieter. Comfortable, large room, with chairs and table on the balcony and another set inside. Fridge, some basic crockery, cutlery and glassware, which was handy. There was a microwave downstairs for communal use. The host was helpful with information and advice, eg telling us how to walk from there to Vintgar Gorge (about 45 minutes).

Patchy internet. Blinds aren't particularly light proof.

Fantastic location, you can see the water from the balcony. We loved staying at the quieter end of the lake and May was a great time to come, to avoid summer heat and crowds. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. There was also plenty of information about local places of interest and activities on the front desk, which was useful.

With 9 degrees outside during night we had liked better heating in the morning in the room than we had. We had also liked darker blinds in the sleeping room. Now we had daylight in sleeping room from 5 in the morning !

PERFECT!

This place is unbelievable! Its seems like it was taken out of a fairytale! The host was the kindest !!! Answered super quick for every question, helping with everything! We will be back - for sure!

Only thing was a little bit difficult is that the walls a little thin so if you have a noisy couple in the other room you'll hear them.

Fabulous location and really nice place! Beautiful patio and garden in front of the apartment with the view on the lake and island. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms are fairy big with closets and space for wardrobe. We loved the songs on the usb stick left in the music stereo system :). Great value!

Outdated bathroom. Even though the bathroom was clean - the ventilation and small window makes it hard to ventilate the space ( specially in the cold and damp weather). Everything else was just perfect.
