Very generous staff, they will help in any way they can if possible. The facilities are all very good. The kitchen, bathrooms, toilettes, all very practical and they provide clean towels to every guest. It’s a place where mostly young people reside, at least that’s how it was when I was there in the summer. The location is at the very center of Bled where the bus station is so you are able to organise well for eventual trips by buses or shuttles to nearby sights.

Prime location that’s just a 5-min walk from the lake and perfectly situated next to the bus station, and a delicious late-night kebab shop.
They are not very timely on the responsiveness. I informed them several times that I would be arriving hours ahead of check in to store my luggage but there was no response. Once on location, there was nobody at the reception and had to wait over an hour for their response with the door code and instructions. The hostel also doesn’t have working wi-fi (although there is a network and a router, it is far too weak or simply doesn’t connect).
