The view is great, the staff is very responsive, the mattress was comfortable, the kitchen is small, but it was equipped with a variety of teas, and the bathroom had cotton pads and cotton swabs which was a nice addition.
One of the blinds/shutters was not working, which made my light-sensitive friend quite upset in the morning, even with his blindfold on.
There was apparently some urine spots left in the bathroom, it left a bad smell too.
The dining room chairs could use some cushions, specially when it's still cold.

Outstanding location, easy to get to on public transport, great communication at all times, with useful information provided for the area.
Labelling of doors/keys for clearer understanding, newer locks, but these are minor details.

Amazing view!! lovely house- very comfortable for kids and family. The walk from the Chalet down to the Lake and Bled city was wonderful, highly recommend this place as it gives a lot of opportunities

Beautiful view of the island and a short drive into town, the Vintgar Gorge, and the west end of the lake.
Somewhat dated and cheap furnishings. Bathroom particularly so. Up 4 flights of stairs.
