Perfect Family Stay at Apartment Rosina – Excellent Host, Location, and View!

The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the Old Town and main attractions, yet in a peaceful neighborhood. It was the perfect base for exploring Plovdiv with kids. Our host was truly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. From smooth check-in to helpful local tips, they made us feel completely at home. The apartment was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable for a family. One of our favorite features was the beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the city and the Alyosha Monument.

The only minor challenge was parking – it can be a bit tricky to find a spot nearby, especially during busy times. However, with a little patience, we always managed to find a place.

Molt smell in the small uncomfortable bathroom.Lied about app location.Oppened window, so called balcony with sizes-0,5*0,8m. with damp view and no-maintained old building in front.Bad coffee machine and refrigerator Flat badly maintained.When complained to place owner of the location problems he replies that this was the way he manages his business and there was no any assistance offered to solve the issues me and my wife had with him.

A spacios place with enough beds for all.

I'm just tired ot properties in Plovdiv, which adress is not the same as shown on the search. I wanted a place in a different part ot the city, this one was on another adress (and Brezovska 34 is not that close to 6 September 133), and I picked up the keys at a third location. Also - the bathroom is old, and the shower was not working properly.

We stayed at Marie Kurie apartment: the bed was great, the apartment was comfortable and clean, internet was fast, location is good, communication to get to and in the apartment was good.

we can hear noises from the other appartments and hallway sometimes, but that looks normal to me.

Flat is fine, totally unwelcoming host

The place was fine, there is one thing that got my negative attention. The host was totally unwelcoming and seemed annoyed just to deal with us. Due to that reason I would not recommend the apartment. There are huge amount of free resources over the web how to improveme customer service. I would have paid attention on that if I am in this businesses.

We got the keys directly in front of the building.

there was some mix up with the address of the airbnb. we got a different address from the booking and when we spoke with the owner. Luckily the actual location was better than the one we saw at first.

Value for money, close to city centre, clean apartment

Property Location on the Booking is incorrect as showing the Rental Office location instead of property location - confusing. There is 2 locations showing key collection (1 is for their old office - irrelevant , and second location existing office) No tea or coffee in property. Awkward property location if have to pre- book taxi to picking you up as in corner of two main boulevards and no picking point on back of the building. Noisy fan in the toilet/bathroom.
