Wonderful location of the flat, about 7-8 minutes walk to the very centre of Plovdiv. Well-appointed flat with all the necessary kitchen amenities, everything was in working order. Recommend the place. My host, Diana Krasteva, was very friendly, allowed me to leave my luggage well before my check-in time, and on my check-out departure, she did the same, and spoke very good English as well. All in all very good experience.

Good price with 10 min walk to Kapana, 20 min to old town.

Very clean, good size rooms and good price. Parking available on the streets around the apartments.

Pillows were not comfortable for my liking. Apart from that all the rest was ok.

Exceptional

All amenities needed for two weeks stay were available. The host was just one call or text message away. Immediate response to meet our requests. The bed and the couch were very comfortable. Would stay again on our next trip to Bulgaria.

Only small think missing was a soap and shampoo holder in the shower area. This is only suggestion and does not affect the value of the property in any way.

Excellent apartment

Nice, very clean, spacious enough for 3 people, fully equipped, there is washing mashine, coffe express (and coffee supplies). Easy self checkin. Big plus for shower screen and curtain, easy to keep the bathroom dry. Very good location, 10 minutes walk to main bars and restaurants area.

Basic flat, hospitality zero

Location is probably the best feature of this flat and the building is nice

The flat is tiny, not more than 30-35sq.m (350ft) and it's a stretch to accomodate more than 2 people without stepping on each others toes. Mattresses on both the bed and the sofa bed are uncomfortable and will give you a backache. The drinkaware is VERY limited - 1 glass, 1 wine glass and 2 cups. Also, parking is very difficult to find in the area. The flat was not prepared for 3 guests as per our booking and the host did NOT respond to our request for one more duvet for our child.

Amazing apartment

Amazing apartment The best we have been to to date in all of Bulgaria. Furnished in everything it lacks nothing and has an amazing coffee machine. Everything is kept new and very clean. We always found parking right under the apartment. Landlord Emil is always available and answers quickly and helps with whatever is needed. If it were possible to give the apartment 100 stars we would give. Thank you Emil for the wonderful hospitality in the apartment.

Excellent apartment that is brand new, secured, clean and modern with nice host.

The apartment is located like 10 to 15 min walk to the center. Very quiet, clean, nice balcony, with everything that you would need. The host, Emil was super nice. We felt like home away from home and would definitely come back.

I don't have anything that I did not like. Everything was just perfect.
