Nice apartment close to the Old Town, good furnished, but with uncomfortable beds and cold rooms.

Good location, very close to the city center and Old town. The apartment is in the old building but it is renovated and looks very modern. Very good communication with the host. The bathroom and kitchen are very nice and modern looking.

Bed mattresses are very uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed in the living room. The rooms were cold when we entered the apartment, we tried to warm them up with an Aid conditioner but it didn't work. We warmed up the next morning. There aren't additional blankets or quilts. The host should turn on the air conditioner a couple of hours before our arrival. There wasn't a hair dryer. There wasn't shampoo and shower gel.

Short and sweet

The apartment was nice spacious and airy. The 2 a/c units one for the lounge and one for the bedroom as it was very hot during our visit so that helped a lot. The parking was great as there was always a spot to park which was next to the apartment. The location was perfect for visiting the old town/centre on foot as it was within walking distance of the main centre where there was an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and history to indulge in.

There was 2 towels for 4 guests which isnt practical, and the bedroom curtains weren't sufficient to cover the entire window, so the light coming through made it difficult to sleep as it was too bright ☀️. I'd suggest adding an extra curtain.

I stated that I would arrive at the facility early on the day I made the rental. The owner told me to confirm my request. A few days later, I confirmed my request. However, the owner replied to me on the morning of the day I was going to enter the facility and I was already on my way at that moment. His reply was that he denied my request. However, I was able to see this answer hours later in the evening. I was shocked when I arrived in front of the building at 12:00 noon on the day of my check-in. The building had 3 entrances. Since there is no information in English and Latin letters in the address given on Booking.com, I could not know which one was the correct entry. I asked a very helpful couple passing by and they did. He called the owner of the flat on the phone and gave me the phone. We started talking to the owner of the flat, but I couldn't hear much because of the traffic noise. I gave the phone to the owner and he asked about the entrance of the flat and also stated that we were waiting for him with 3 big suitcases as a family. However, the owner of the flat said that we arrived early and we had to wait from 12 to 3 pm. We waited at the bus stop in front of the building for 3 hours with my wife, son, me and our 3 big suitcases. At 3:05 p.m., Martin, the owner of the flat, had sent another colleague. That person handed us the apartment key and helped us with our luggage, thank you. As a booking.com user (Genius 2nd Level) for many years, this is the first time I have encountered such a bad and rude behavior. I am very angry that they made us wait on the streets for 3 hours in an unhospitable manner. In order not to be exposed to this type of behavior, stay away from this place and do not rent it.

New clean spacious apartment, central location

Brand new beautifully renovated apartment, 2nd floor. 5 min to Kapana district, 10 min to Ancient Theatre of Philippopolis. Clean and spacious. Balcony with greenery views. Comfortable beds, big wardrobes. Capsule coffee maker (with capsules for 1st day only). We parked our car easily on the back area of the building, for free. Check-in and out with keylock box. Highly recommend, thank you.

great location. large apartment. very clean. looks exactly like the photos. would recommend.

The hot water ran out after about 5 mins each time we showered. There seemed to be a large water tank so I’m not sure why this was the case. This is probably something that could be fixed easily.

Апартаментът е близо до центъра. Домакинът дава подробни инструкции и настаняването е лесно. Приятна, добре оборудвана кухня с балкон! Чистотата е на добро ниво.

Няма гарантирано паркомясто! Общественият паркинг беше почти пълен и трудно се паркира с по-голяма кола! Матракът на спалнята е неудобен, пружините са разпънати и скърцат. Добре би било да се подмени, както и диванът в хола, който също е неудобен и който доста трудно разпънахме, за да спят на него големите ни над 18 години деца! Няма сешоар! Едното дистанционно за климатик не работеше!
