The apartment was very open and had many windows, the sofas and beds were soft, the rooms are very clean, and the location is ideal, we could walk to many locations. Rosie was very polite, she showed every little bits and bobs of the rooms. There are some nice AC’s, and the washrooms were also spacious and quite clean. It’s also nice that there is a garage. There is a big and cheap superstore to the southeast of the apartment- good if you want to make/cook your own food. Overall, comfy, clean, and ideal for staying in Plovdiv for long-term vacations.

It IS nice that there is a garage, however the garage is a bit small, and may be problematic for bigger cars. The showers were behind curtains, we personally would have preferred a cabin shower. This wasn’t really a problem for us, but it might be for some; there weren’t any bedside lamps.

Spacious, modern, central

Everything was perfect. Location 10/10 5 minutes walk (maximum) to the shopping street 4 minutes walk to the Bishop's Basilica 4 minutes walk to a big supermarket 10 minutes walk to the picturesque old town with its beautiful house museums Accomodation 10/10 The place was spotless clean. It has three balconies (a small one in each of the two bedrooms, a big one in the living room). Each of the two bedrooms has their own bathroom The building is super modern, secure and calm. Communication 10/10 We got all the info we needed regarding our stay beforehand. We were particularly reassured through message that even check-in after midnight could be possible (which we finally didn't need, though). We received a lot of useful information on things to do and restaurants right at the beginning of our stay. I highly recommend.

The property is located at a walking distance of the city centre and the Old Town. It comes with a garage. The apartment itself is a penthouse and is spacious. The balcony is also very nice. The hosts were welcoming and answered all of our questions.

Great apartment with everything you need. Enough space for a family. Perfect spot to enjoy the old town and all the nice things to see in Plovdiv. Good communication with the owner. He was also very well willing to offer help or give service. We saw him twice and he was a very nice person! So all together we had a perfect stay!!!

Location was close to old town and local markets and restaurants. The garage for my motorcycle was a huge plus as I didn’t have to worry about security. Access was easy and I was welcomed warmly.

The apartment is located in a quite and calm neighborhood and it is very close to the city center. Our host was very informative and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

Great near new apartment in a great location. The apartment has everthing you need for a stay in Plovdiv. Garage for the car and walking distance to all the sights, resturants, bars etc. We only had 2 nights but could have stayed for a month.

The place is perfect for families. All the equipments, furnitures and other stuff are new, clean and user friendly. The location is very good, walking distance to old city and other touristic places. Tsvetan and his Sister were great, they were very helpful and kind.

Exceptional

I traveled with my 3 teen daughters and we felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. There is a small grocery store not far (3 minutes walk) and a bigger grocery store by a mall (about 6 minutes walk). The bus stop was about 5 minutes walk and so was the pedestrian street where you can find many shops and restaurants. We met our host (Tsvetan) at the apartment and he gave us a tour of the place and talked about the grocery stores nearby and the bus stop (and which routes to take). He also scheduled our pick up and drop off from Sofia.

The only thing we were not very happy about was the shower. In the apartment we stayed the shower had no division on the floor and therefore the whole bathroom floor gets wet. Other than that, everything was great!

The flat was very clean, the host was very friendly and helpful, there is garage and this thing was the main reason we chose this place. The localisation was good with a market close and some restaurants and we can to arrive to city center easily.
