Great little studio to explore Plovdiv from

Great central location, short walking distance from all the main Plovdiv sites, restaurants and cafes. Lovely terrace to enjoy the sunshine on. Had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

The shower was a bit on the small side.

The location is great. Great value for money. The terrace and the view are really nice. The place is cozy and clean. I really enjoyed the blanket left in the basket. It’s also easily accessible, there were no issues getting the keys.

The bathroom is really small and cold and the sink was clogged.

The whole experience was disappointing for us, we would definitely not stay in this place again

The location of the apartment is good, 10 minutes walk from the main pedestrian area. Possibility for free parking in the street.

Actually, it is not a one-bedroom apartment but an open-space studio. The bathroom is so small that it is basically unusable. It lacked some basic amenities, such as hand soap, shampoo, hand towels, kitchenware was very modest. The most unpleasant part of our stay has to do with the host. We stayed in the apartment with our pet, a small dog. Upon making the reservation (the place is listed as a pet friendly apartment), I immediately contacted the host asking him about the possibility to take our dog with us. He said that there is no problem with that, he did not mention anything about paying extra charges. Upon check-in, we met with the host at the apartment, again, he saw the dog and did not mention anything about extra fees. On the second day of our stay (we stayed for 2 nights), I received a message from the host that we have to pay extra charges for the dog. I asked him why he hadn't told us so far about those extra charges but just the night before we leave. This was so unfair and ill-intentioned from his side. He responded that he hadn't told us because we didn't ask and if we didn't like the place and its rules, we were free to leave. Very unpleasant situation and unprofessional attitude from the host.

Amazing location, lovely balcony, easy parking and allows pets

The location is absolutely amazing and the host was really nice and friendly. The place itself has a really big and beautiful balcony and it was clean and overall comfortable for a short stay. Even though it is right on the street it is mostly quiet and there is a bakery right by, a small super market and downtown is literally 5 minutes away. Also no green/blue zone for really a huge plus for travelers with a car and allow pets

The bathroom is quite small and the bed/mattress/pillows can be a bit better. Also adding some simple amenities like coffee, salt/pepper, soap for the bathroom and more towels can really makes this place outstanding.

Appartement très confortable avec le plus beau balcon du séjour.

Tout d'abord, nous avons élu cet appartement comme celui ayant la plus belle terrasse. (en effet, elle est spectaculaire avec sa vigne en treille). Cet appartement est très confortable et à proximité immédiate du centre ville. Avec l'aide de l' hôte, Nous avons pu (difficilement) avoir une place de stationnement gratuite dans la rue, (mais nous l'avons eu).

Comme il est mentionné plusieurs fois dans les critiques, la salle de bain n'est pas à la hauteur de cet appartement. Cependant, nous avions trouvé l'astuce de mettre nos affaires de toilettes sur le petit frigo à proximité dans l'entrée et finalement, tout allait bien. La circulation dans la rue pavée sur laquelle se trouve l'appartement peut être gênante aux heures de pointes. Sans en être persuadé, l'impression que quelqu'un passe dans l'appartement en notre absence (lumière allumée, porte pas refermée correctement), mais peut être cela est il normal dans le cadre de l'entretien ?

Много добро местоположение. Приветливо студио с красива тераса, която би била приятно място за почивка (ние, за съжаление, се оказахме в Пловдив в твърде горещо време). Климатикът е чудесно разположен, което е рядкост в хотели и места за настаняване. Възможността за паркиране също е съществено предимство.

"Банята" на практика е една много малка тоалетна с миниатюрна мивка, към която е свързан подвижен душ. Няма ютия и кухненската посуда е оскъдна. Интернет не успях да ползвам. Стръмните вити стълби са предизвикателство.

No me entregaron el servicio que había contratado, ni lo que hubiese esperado.

¿Dónde está la cama para la tercera persona? Contraté la habitación para tres (pagando el suplemento correspondiente), cuando llegué me encontré que la habitación estaba preparada para sólo dos personas. Habíamos ido a estar 3 días con mi hijo que esta de Erasmus y resulta que 1 día no pudo dormir con nosotros. Cuando he reclamado al dueño (que me hubiese bastado un ya lo siento, estaban en el armario), me dice de malas maneras que aunque la habitación no estaba montada para tres, que tenía en un armario todo lo necesario para haberlo montado yo, que cómo no busqué en el armario, o le mandé un correo. Pues no, no las busqué (adivino no soy), y me pareció tarde para mensajes y esperas (pensé en llamarle, pero el tío mandaba mensajes en Bulgaro, con lo cual supuse que inglés no sabía y no llamé). Lo que sí busqué era lo siguiente, que SEGURO QUE NO TENÍAN: no había nada para cocinar (ni sartenes ni cazuelas). Tiene una cocina muy chula, pero no era usable, con lo cual compramos comidas que no pudimos cocinar. Más cosas que fallaban, en el baño no nos dejaron ni jabón de manos, ni jabón de ducha (de pelo y acondicionador SI). Y ya por último, el WIFI tampoco funcionaba (no existía la red que ponían, y otra que intuimos que podía ser, con la clave escrita no funcionaba). La casa me gustó, la terraza es una pasada, el baño es lo único que falla de la casa (como se ve repetidamente en otros comentarios), y lo inaceptable para mi es que fallan en los "detalles"... si estás de vacaciones quieres llegar y que todo esté ok y preparado para ti, no encontrarte ninguna sorpresa (a mi me molestó sobremanera el tema de no tener preparada la habitación para tres). Yo si volviese a Plovdiv no volvería aquí por esto ultimo, prefiero buscar otra cosa (aunque no tenga esa super terraza), pero cada uno que decida lo que necesite.
