Gem in the heart of Kapana!

Amazing location right in the heart of Kapana. Close to shops, restaurant and the main pedestrian street in Plovdiv. The fact there's a garage where our car could be safe was a massive plus. The apartment is lovely - cozy, warm and it had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy with lovely smelling sheets and towels :) We were surprised how quite the bedroom was. Thank you to the host for being super helpful.

The perfect place to stay in Plovdiv

Everything about this apartment was just perfect - great location in the heart of the city, but at the same time it was quiet. The fact that there is a garage to park your car saved us a lot of stress and money as well. The communication with the owner was flawless and polite. The place is beautifully furnished and classy. I regret staying for one night only. I would definitely come back again.

We liked everything about the property. It is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It was clean. Bed was comfortable. It's on a great location near the city center and Old Town, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. We also appreciated the garage, as it isn't easy to find a parking spot around and also that kept our car cool during the heat in the summer. Instructions how to get in the apartment and garage were easy to follow. I recommend this place and will be happy to have the chance to book it again in the future!

This place is simply SUPERB

Clear instructions as to how to get the keys and also to access the underground secure car park. The apartment is simply SUPERB - well equipped, quite, secure, separate bedroom, great bathroom, excellent location close to what we as tourists want to see.

Very comfortable

Check in and check out was easy. The location of the apartment is perfect, just steps away from cool restaurants. The garage availability was a a big plus. Also there's an elevator at the apartment so it was convenient for the stroller.

The perfect place to stay for visiting Plovdiv. We will definetly return.

The apartment is highly functional and very clean. The location is perfect: you can access the city center in less than a one-minute walk. With such a location, one would expect the apartment to be in a noisy neighborhood, but this was not the case since the place is facing a very quiet area. Also, the garage saved the day for us since we traveled by car. Many thanks to the proprietor, with whom we communicated very well and who was there to offer support and help when we needed it.

Excellent Choice for Plovdiv

This apartment in Plovdiv was excellent. It’s in the Kapana neighborhood which is awesome with tons of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. It is within easy distance to all of the major sites and attractions in the city. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. We especially liked the private parking in the garage under the building and the washing machine as we are traveling for several months. Eli, the host, provided us with excellent arrival instructions for the contact free access to the apartment and the garage. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it as an excellent choice in the wonderful city of Plovdiv.

Very clean, comfortable and very well equipped for a vaction stay. The dishwasher was such a bonus after couple of weeks doing dishes by hand 👏👌 Mosquito nets were super beneficial 👍 Very good communication with the host. As for location, we found it very good as it allowed park the car and walk all over the old town and the pedestrian area.

We have to mention this: the Plovdidv mosquitos are vicious 😱😀 have spray with you at all times, day or night.

Very Comfortable

Everything about the property was great! The hosts provided that an apartment may be needed. I felt like I was at home and that impressed me even more! Very clean and very comfortable. I preferred it because it was in the center of Plovdiv and there was a garage where I could leave the car without stress where I would park safe! The bars and the shops are next door 2 minutes walk on the pedestrian street and despite the close distance there was no noise in the house. Thank you very much for the beautiful hospitality I would prefer it again!

Refurbished clean apartment with garage parking

Wonderfully refurbished flat, very new and clean inside, with lots of lovely additions to the decor, and everything you need to be comfortable (including a coffee machine with pods and a variety of teas). Both bed and the sofa were very comfortable. Absolutely great to have a parking spot in the garage directly under the building, as it is difficult to find parking otherwise. Walking distance to all attractions and to a variety of restaurants and pubs. Self-check-in also a bonus. One of the best places I've stayed at in all the Balkans!

The apartment is exceptional, very modern, clean and luxurious. The apartment is excellently located right in the old town of Plovdiv. Connected to the apartment is an under ground garage which is great because the parking in the old town is a nightmare. Communication with the host was very easy with quick and helpful responses. Immaculate apartment in the heart of picturesque Plovdiv

The apartment was centrally located, extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in in recent memory , with an array of different types of pillows. The check-in process was straightforward and the apartment was easy to find. Our hosts were very friendly and welcomed us as we entered the apartment building. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would absolutely stay here again!

My only regret is that we did not stay longer. It was wonderful.
