I had to call the host, in order to find the lock box with the keys in it. The lady was really nice and the way she handled the matter was worth a while. Since it was my first time booking an apartment, not a hotel room, I was sceptical at first, but your service changed my perception for the best. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and the location excellent - not even 5 minutes walk from the "kapana" district. The apartment was spacious and quiet. There was a very convenient parking lot nearby. If I can sum it all up, a great apartment, at a great place at a great price! Thank you!

There are only tow issues, if it even they could be called so, but there was only one blanket, and an additional one would had been great. Also, a few more water glasses would had been great.

Excellent 3-day stay at Plovdiv

Everything was spotless, the bed was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent, only 3 minutes away from the art district of Kapana and the old town of Plovdiv! The room was very spacious and modern, and it even had a smart TV! And the best part was that all of the above came at a great price! Excellent value for money!

The toilet overflowed whenever you flushed and the shower area wasn't covered, which resulted in a messy bathroom every time we showered. The kitchen ventilation hadn't been cleaned, which resulted in a smokey smell coming out of it for a few minutes on our last day. Finally, be aware that the sofa -although comfortable - doesn't turn into a bed as stated in the room's description.

Good place for 1-2 nights

The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is in a nice building in a great location. The building is secured and I felt safe. The kitchen had the basics needed but without wash cloth or dry towels. The management quickly reponded to the issues noted below and approved my request to shorten my stay.

I entered the apartment to find a toilet seat not attached, a broken shower, dirty dishes and silverware. I had to hand wash everything in order to prepare food but there was no kitchen towels or washcloths, just a used sponge. The shower has no curtain so everything in the bathroom gets wet. Bedroom drawer broken. Extra linens thrown sloppy in the closet. No dinette table to eat at. No chair. No decor. Damaged floor trim. It all felt very cold and unwelcoming. It was suppose to be a two week stay but I quickly relocated to another rental.

Great stay in Plovdiv.

Easy checkin process (directions online), great location (short walk from Kapana, old town, eateries, etc.; but in a very quiet location), very comfortable apartment and short taxi ride to-from bus and train station. Good value for the money.

Would've liked to have the wash machine working.

L’appartement est super bien placé pour visiter l’ensemble des quartiers

Le quartier et la proximité du centre historique

Dommage l’appartement est quasi neuf mais beaucoup de dégradation déjà : rideaux décrocher salon et chambre, poignée porte dévisser, serrure porte d’entrée très difficile et dossier canapé pas fixé.

Könnte eine perfekte Unterkunft sein

- Die Lage ist ideal um die ganze Stadt zu Fuss zu entdecken. - Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Es hat eine grosse Küche mit Sofaecke (leider ohne Esstisch). Der Eingangsbereich ist ebenfalls grosszügig. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem getrenntem Raum. - CheckIn- und Out waren gut verständlich und haben reibungslos funktioniert. Auch die Kommunikation und spontane Verlängerung um einen Tag liefen reibungslos. - Wir können die Unterkunft mit den unten genannten Einschränkungen sehr empfehlen.

- Die allgemeine Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig und es sollte wieder mal "richtig" gereinigt werden. - Viele Details wie fehlende Tuchhalter für Badetücher könnten einfach verbessert werden und wurden auch schon bei früheren Rezensionen beanstandet. Es hat nur eine Nachttischlampe und es stehen Bilder im Empfangsbereich. Man müsste sie einfach mal aufhängen... - Das sehr kleine Badezimmer mit der Tür (Spiegel auf beiden Seiten ) die nach innen aufgeht ist doch sehr exotisch und wenig praktisch. Zum Schliessen der Tür bewegt man sich entweder wie ein Zirkusartist oder muss in den Duschbereich ausweichen... - Und ebenfalls schon in den Rezensionen zu finden. Im Badezimmer riecht es unangenehm.
