The location of the apartment was superb with plenty of bars and restaurants within a two minute walking distance, the apartment was spotless, there is a lift to take you to the third floor and there was a balcony, It was also quiet at night, the old town is about five minutes walk away, we had an excellent stay and the hosts were superb with very good communication

Superb accomodation right in the centre of Plovdiv

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment with our two boys. It's clean, specious and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Plovdiv - you get out of the door and you enter Kapana, a maze of artisan shops, cafes, food and drink places; you turn left and you are at the Roman Stadium and the main pedestrianised street within a minute; you turn right and then up and you are at the wonderful Old Town where you also find the Roman Amphitheatre. A dream location really.

Large and light modern apartment in vibrant heart of Plovdiv

Spacious and light apartment in the heart of Plovdiv. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a well stocked supermarket. Excellent support from host including parking and restaurant tips. Easy to access and depart.

The location is very good, on the limits of the pedestrian zone. The apartment is clean and spacious, and the beds very comfortable. I would recommend it.

Fantastic and luxurious stay but no 24/7 car parking arrangement.

The property was excellent, cleaned well, well equipped including washroom, toilet and kitchen. Location was ideal for me.

I came by car (rented car) from Sofia to Plovdiv. In the kapana area, there is a big problem with car parking, the especially new tourist who does not know the language and parking area and parking restrictions. If the landlord provided parking 24/7, I don't mind paying for parking. I had a big hassle with parking. If he can manage somewhere parking 24/7, then it would be ideal and fantastic for me to rent this apartment. I wanted to come again with my family. I want to rent this apartment as I love this apartment so cosy and clean, and the location is ideal. Still, just because of the parking solution, I would not rent this as I need an apartment with hassle-free 24/7 parking.

The apartment has a perfect location in the heart of Kapana, nice and secure building (not as if you need lots of security in the beautiful city). We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony early in the morning watching the nice lane, and the apartment itself was clean and very comfortable, had everything you might need. the hosts were really nice and very helpful, their kindness made our vacation complete when they allowed us to store our luggage for extra few hours to enjoy the beautiful city more Me and my friend both liked this pretty place and will definitely come back

Nice, clean, modern and QUIET apartment right in the center of Plovdiv

Fantastic location, right next to Djumayata, just meters away from the most popular restaurants and bars in Kapana. There is a very nice small terrace where we had breakfast every morning and had wine in the evenings while listening to the music coming from the nearby bar at the street below. The isolation is great because in the big bedroom you couldn't hear anything at all from the street noise, the living room has a huge tv screen, and the whole apartment is perfect and equipped for both shorter and longer stays in town.

It would be easier to have a bit more information about the apartment or the amenities upfront if the owner is unable to hand over the keys personally - the wifi password was in a black notebook we discovered after a long search around the apartment, we couldn't find easily the hairdryer either. But otherwise we highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again next time we are in town.

Está perfectamente ubicado, es espacioso y debajo hay toda una serie de lugares para desayunar o tomar algo. Está en una calle peatonal a pocos metros de toda la zona de ocio.

Las ropas de cama están algo gastadas igual habría que renovarlas. Por todo lo demás, bien.

Апартамента е ужасно мръсен. Хавлиите и покривките на леглата бяха целите в петна. Боята на тавана в банята се люпи и пада, а тоалетната смърдеше. Изключително силен шум до късните часове на нощта поради което трябваше да спим на затворени прозорци и въпреки, че имаше климатици не ги пускахме тъй като бяха мухлясали отвътре и смърдяха. И за капак на всичко в събота в 08:30 започна ужасно шумна строителна дейност включваща къртач и чук.
