Perfect location

It's a quirky apartment that’s clean enough, spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The location is amazing. Just a few steps into the Roman Stadium, with Kapana and the Old City literally on your doorstep.

Apartment 4 is on the top floor, so there are a lot of steps (no lift). It's great that a street parking permit is provided but there were no parks available in front of the apartment, so we had to park a fair way up the street. The wifi is OK but not great.

Disappointing

Excellent location

The whole apartment was very dirty, to the point of having old rotting tea leaves in the teapot. Bathroom looked as if the last time it got a cleaning was months ago. It could have been a nice place with a retro feel if it hadn’t been left without proper care and maintenance.

Quirky apartment with an excellent location AND parking made our short stay in Plovdiv perfect

The absolutely central location was an absolute bonus as we could walk to Kapana, get breakfast and see all the attractions we wanted. Parking in Plovdiv is notoriously horrendous, so having the parking permit and parking right in the street outside the property was amazing. We made full use of the little terrace and loved the quirkiness of the apartment! We loved it all.

Great location but poor comfort and cleanliness in ap No 4 (unlike the one on the pictures)

The apartment has a great location - just 200 meters from the Plovdiv Mosque and the Rome Stadium, i.e. the pedestrian central street of the city. At the same time, it is at a quiet small street. Very close also to the "Kapana" district, where many small cafes, bars and restaurants are located. To enter you got a code from the host (via Booking) and the host offers also a parking permit for a car on the same street. Also the host answers in minutes and is reachable on the phone

The host offers at least 2 (or more) apartments in the same building. From the description it is not clear which apartment actually you're booking. None of the pictures in Booking are from the flat we got (flat No 4). The flat was located just under the roof (former attic room) but the furniture and cleanliness was not the expected one for the very high Booking score (9.0) and obviously both are different than the pictures in Booking. In brief, this apartment does now worth the cost, the host wants for it. Much of the furniture, bathroom and kitchen are relatively old and not very well maintained. The cleanliness is also not at the required level. I would not rate the whole apartment with more than 7

A beautiful apartment, large and full of light with three bedrooms, living room, balcony and comfortable well equipped kitchen. Located a minute away from the center of the old city but in a quiet street. even with a parking place.

A cozy place to stay

The location is awesome - right at the city center but on overall quiet street. Free parking is a great extra. Good kitchen, big bedrooms, comfortable bathroom. Very friendly owners, though we never saw them live. The place has its own spirit which is great! A really cool collection of books, a washing machine, and a well equipped kitchen.

There were some dust bunnies behind the beds of two of the bedrooms. Adding blackout curtains to all the bedroom windows, not just to some, would be great. Also I noticed the oven door needs fixing. I am a QA by profession, so it is in my nature to give constructive criticism :)

The apartment was dirty :( We saw dust almost everywhere. I suppose that the host did not clean the house before we came. Besides, kitchen appliances need to be changed. They were in bad condition. Lastly, WiFi is slow.

Superb

The location of the studio is superb, only 5 min walk from the Kapana area. The studio is very spacious, clean and has a lovely terrace. The water is heated by solar panels and there was plenty of hot water. Excellent wifi connection.

Minor points - it would be useful if the studio had bowls and a kettle for boiling water for hot drinks.

Location, size and view from the balcony were great!

The kitchen was dirty and hardly functional. Bathroom cleaning was questionable. Unpleasant smell was present in the building.

The location is great, right in the center of the city. There is a terrace from where you can see the city. The bed sheets smelled like they were freshly cleaned. The area is quieter than I have imagined, considering the fact that it is in the center.

The building smells like mold. The parking spot promissed is based on luck. The shower wasn't very clean.

Great money-value option.

I've been to Plovdiv quite a few times, this is probably my favorite place so far. The location is perfect, the 3-bedroom apartment is spacious, cozy, and has everything you need. The balcony makes another beautiful chill spot for groups of friends. Also, guests are provided with free parking passes for the area. PS: a couple of my friends stayed at the 2-person studio on the next floor. While it's a bit smaller, it's still a great place to spend a few nights in Plovdiv.

Most taxi drivers won't take an order from the address, keep in mind if you don't have your own transportation.

Stop searching and book this place

I liked the location, the view from the terrace, the free parking place and the super comfortable beds. The apartment has two double beds and a big sofa, big bathroom and a small kitchen. I stayed with my parents for one night and was super happy with the place.

ideal location in the center of the city

Ideal location, just in the center of Plovdiv. Close to Roman stadium, Capana, Old Town, restaurants, bars. Easy access to apartment, the possibility of parking near the house. Rooms are extremely spacious, they have all that you will possibly need. Kitchen has many appliances( however, we didn't use it), comfortable bathroom. Apartment is pet-friendly. PS: Apartment is located in an old building that looks pretty great. The doors and ceilings inside the apartment are a piece of art for the connoisseurs.

Kitchen and kitchen appliances are old and greasy, it would be great to change them. Bath is a bit rusty too.

Great value for money for short stays in Plovdiv

I decided spontaneously to stay in Plovdiv overnight and never searched and found so quickly a place. Therefore I was suprised how good it was, despite the low price. From booking to entering the appartment it was about 10 minutes; perfect communication with the owner. A quite funny interior - elevated bathroom with lighted stairs :-D, high floor with nice street view, nice balcony, lots of storage place, comfi big bed. It is not the most fashinable place but you could even work there a few days and if you stay there for party it would be my favourite option. I am quite critical with my ratings, but this is great value for low money.

If you would stay long time, it might be disturbing that the room windows are a bit higher. However, this gives you more privacy, there are gordines, and there is still plenty of natural light.

The appartment - size, location, fascilites. Comfortable beds. Coffee mashine, coffee available. Big and lovely terrace. Free parking. Very helpful hostess.

The view from the balcony is amazing!

All needed comfort was provided, even little things like coffee, water and towels. The host was very nice, even offered to give us access to parking earlier as we arrived before check in time. The apartment is very cosy, the location is perfect and we could see almost everything just by walking.
