Amazing Apartment in Plovdiv

The location of the apartment is AMAZING! It is a 2min walk to get to the husteling and busteling of plovdiv! You are sk close to all the resturants, markets, and seeing the old town and all attractions on foot. The host was also amazing even assisting us with getting a taxi in the early morning hours, which is not easy in the winter. She kept on calling people until someone could pick us up. Amazing service! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It was very clean and neat. Loved our stay!

We had an amazing time in Plovdiv and this apartment is in the perfect spot to stay!!

The location was perfect for our family. We were in the centre of Plovdiv near the mosque and other places to visit. This apartment was very good and had all the things that we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable.

It would have been ideal to have another toilet in the apartment but other than that there are no problems.

Perfect Location!

Absolutely superb location! They call Plovdiv “The Walkable City” and I couldn’t have asked for a better location!

Spiral staircase leading to the apartment could be a problem for some! Tenants downstairs constantly turning the lights off to the upstairs landing, so you have to so careful as it’s extremely dark when coming down stairs! There’s an automatic light that comes on halfway down which I think should be at the top as well! Never enough hangers! (That’s just a pet hate of mine as I don’t understand why) Could have done which an outside light on the small sun terrace! Squeaky bathroom door! Make sure you have plenty of change for the car parking on the street as it was cash only and was around 20 Levs a day This is just my opinion so please don’t be put off staying here as I would definitely come back! I just feel it’s important to be truthful about everything, even the little things….

Amazing apartment

Great location! In the center of Plovdiv. Modern and cozy appartment . Very good comunication with host. Parkingfor free 5 min walking from the apartment.

Not very serious, but the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable… the towels and sheets were old. I would replace them with new and modern sets. The walls of the house are very thin. You can hear the neighbors walking upstairs.

Great location, powerful shower and air con. Value for money

The apartment is right in the centre of the city which is a great advantage for sightseeing and eating out. It has excellent air con units and a powerful shower, all a must in the heat of the summer. Inside is cool and quiet despite being on a street with some (not much) traffic. Also thumbs up to the specialist secure entrance door. And it is definitely value for money. All in all, a solid ‘superb’ rating from us.

Small things which didn’t spoil our stay and could be fixed. The motion lights in the corridor (as you go up to apartment 2) turn off quite quickly before you can reach apartment N2 so I had to ask my son to wave his hands to keep the lights on. This is unlikely to be a problem for apartment N1. The door handle to the flat was wobbly (missing screws) which made it slightly difficult to open and close but the secure entrance door is solid so as not to worry about safety.

The apartment was just perfect! It’s located 5min away by foot from Kapana district and 10min away from Old town Plovdiv. It’s surrounded by shops that work around the clock and the scenery is romantic and breathtaking. The apartment itself is furnished beautifully and had all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay - it sells the feeling of being home. It is clean and warm but also has a balcony which is great for the warmer seasons. The host is friendly, reliable, and ready to answer any questions and help out with whatever needs might occur before or during the stay.

Downtown apartment on the basement

Top location just a few minutes from Kapana. The host is very friendly. The self check is very easy.

The apartment was at the basement and it was not mentioned by the time I made the reservation. I was very disappointed when I discovered it. The bedroom was very damp and cold for June. The sheets were awful with leopard print...I would suggest replacing them with normal white...the bathroom was not very clean.

Paid for two nights, but left after one. Was aweful.

Pictures in Ad are NOT this apartment at all. Pictures clearly came from a upscale hotel. This is cramped and damp apartment with a shower with only 2 minutes of hot water. Address isn't correct and owner doesn't respond with the questions asked. I' pretty sure it's a bot. All the did was send pictures. Even after asking to stop, they just kept sending pictures.

Superb

Great location. Cosy comfortable and clean apartment. Quiet area. Kitchen has all necessities and a beautiful crockery set. Coffee machine and tea was a nice moment.

Only cold water in the kitchen. Dish washing in freezing water is not what one expects on vacation :) I didn't get that I needed to switch on the boiler, and actually how to do it... So I didn't have warm water in the shower one evening.

An excellent find if you want to visit Plovdiv.

The apartment is located just few minutes walk from the old town. Very modern, clean and quirky. The kitchen was fully equipped and the coffee machine made great coffee:) We loved staying there and we would definitely use the same place for our next visit.

Great location in the tourist city center, nice, spacy living room, kitchen with Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all needed equipment.

Very eclectic style of the interior, but that depends of the taste I guess ;) quite a lot of stairs between the rooms, which can be problematic for elderly/disabled. Shame the manager doesn't speak or write in English.

Перфектна локация. Оборудван и удобен голям апартамент. Не препоръчвам малкият апартамент на приземен етаж - преживяване

Локацията е наистина много добра, особено ако сте в града за отдих, разходки или дейности в централната част. Бих казал, че не е толкова трудно да намериш място за паркиране извън работно време на зоната, а и на 5 мин пеш може да се паркира извън платената зона. Големият апартамент е достатъчно просторен и добре оборудван. Разполага с две тоалетни и достатъчно място за настаняване на петима възрастни.

Малкият апартамент на приземен етаж (по-скоро мазе) е адски неудобен. Спалнята е клаустрофобична и точно над леглото има прозорец (към, може би съседен двор), през който ни осветяваше лампа с фотоклетка почти през цялата нощ. Спалното бельо е буквално на 20 години - захабено и избеляло, със съмнителна чистота, отчитайки непочистения от мъхове и косми гардероб (където стоят резервните одеала и възглавници). Душ пространството е толкова тясно, че е трудно да се изкъпеш спокойно, а мивката толкова малка, че е невъзможно да си измиеш лицето без да намокриш всичко наоколо (трудно може да измиеш и ръцете си). Банята няма вентилатор и не може да изсъхне, дори да оставиш вратата отворена. Може би затова мирише на застояло и влажно, когато влезеш в стаята. Мястото разполага и с кухненски бокс и част всекидневна (без прозорец), което ми се вижда нелогично при размерите на спалнята и банята. Цялото място е може би около 10 кв.м.

In una posizione centralissima, ai piedi della città vecchia. Appartamenti spaziosi e arredati con grande gusto, soprattutto i bagni e la cucina dell'appartamento 2. Suggestiva anche la distribuzione degli spazi: sembra di camminare tra i vicoli di un centro storico, con gradini e stanze nascoste negli angoli.

L'unico piccolo difetto è la dotazione di posate e stoviglie, che potrebbe essere più accurata. E non siamo riusciti a far funzionare il televisore dell'appartamento 1. Ma sono minuscoli dettagli
