The worst experience in life.

Rats in the building.

Cockroach first! That’s the worst part. We discovered cockroach living inside the apartment, and unfortunately we brought them home in our luggage. Now we are literally living a horror at home because of this. My wife and kids had panic attacks, and we had to report everything to the local health inspection. This alone is enough to say: never again and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The apartment itself is located in an old building that looks like something straight out of a horror movie. The entrance smells terrible and there is even a warning sign about rats. Most of the furniture and household items inside are old and urgently need replacement or renovation. The floors creak loudly and are literally screwed down with visible screws. The bathroom heater doesn’t work, and the worst part is that the bathroom window has no curtain or cover at all, so the neighbors can see you while you shower. Completely unacceptable. I honestly cannot understand how this apartment is allowed to operate. This deserves a serious inspection and a ban until everything is properly fixed. Absolutely not recommended.

It is a perfect apartment,great location,really bright and cozy,very clean.

We were there for the first time two years ago and we really liked it then. I liked it so much that I even took ideas for the upcoming renovation of our home. The problem is that nothing was done for these whole two years about this apartment and I’m really sure that it is used a lot. Now you can see that it needs some refreshment-painting the walls,changing some of the sinks,renovation of one of the balconies (it is still in this terrible condition from two years ago),chainging or renovating the floor in one of the bedrooms- it squeaks freakishly and is not possible to enter the room without waking up a sleeping man… In a word- the apartment could use some renovation once in a while because it is obviously booked a lot!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend.

Ein renovierte Wohnung in der Nähe des Zentrums von Plovdiv mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und Küchenbereich mit guter und voll funktionierender Ausstattung für bis zu fünf erwachsenen Personen, wobei die fünfte Person das Sofa nehmen müsste. Die Außenansicht des Hauses ist da nicht so einladend, doch das Appartment ist in sehr viel besserem Zustand.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden während unseres Aufenthalts.

La posizione e la zona tranquilla. Possibilità di parcheggiare con poca difficoltà. Centro commerciale vicino.

La casa non ha ascensore e non era indicato. Si trova al terzo piano ed non è molto comodo portare bambini e bagagli. Un bagno perdeva acqua, lo scarico era rotto. Tutte le stoviglie erano lerce, è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa simile nonostante utilizzi Booking da molti anni. Il piano cottura era difettoso. l servizio clienti di Booking si è rivelato inesistente, ho segnalato i problemi ma non ho avuto risposte in queste ultime 2 settimane.
