Large centrally located apartment in need of proper maintenance

The apartment has an unbearable location at the very heart of Old Plovdiv, close to the Ancient town, Kapana with its lovely restaurants and pubs, and the main shopping street. It’s very convenient for a large group or family.

It was rather smelly, wasn’t cleaned up. The lock of one of the two bathrooms was broken.

Best location in downtown Plovdiv, bar none! Everything is a short walking distance from the apartment - 1st century amphi theater, boutiques, grocery store, Roman stadium, coffee shops, restaurants, Kapana district, the old city, etc. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything needed. The host is very responsive to inquiries. We stayed for three weeks and everything was great!

Best location in the city center, bar none! Spacious and comfortable! Best value for your money!

When it comes to being in the center of the city, this place is at the top of the list! Located right next to the Roman stadium, this luxurious apartment puts you right in the middle of the city center, where everything is within short walking distance. Restaurants, boutiques, grocery store, pharmacy, shopping malls, coffee shops, the old town, the 1st century Roman theater and anything you may need is right there at your finger tips. When we saw the pictures of the apartment, we were left with the impression that there was only one bathroom, but to our pleasant surprise, it turned out that there were two of them! Bonus! On top of that, we discovered that there was a balcony type of room with a removable canopy on top, where one could dry his/her laundry and sit for a drink on a cool day/night! Bonus #2! The four spacious bedrooms are well furnished and comfortable. The washer and dishwasher really help when you have a longer stay! The apartment must also have been renovated recently as it looks modern inside. We will definitely stay here again!

Its huge place, good for a group. Good location

It was so so dirty. When we tried to take a shower the water was not draining… In one of the bedroom the spiderweb was maybe half meter. The sheets were dirty, I saw a lot of hair on my sheet. The good part (if it’s right to say that its good) was that we saw were they were storage the “clean sheets” and we changed by ourselves the sheets.

There are 4 rooms and only two rooms have air condition. It is better to have other two rooms with A/C

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Plovdiv

The apartment is situated the the heart of Plovdiv so you can enjoy the city centre just going out from it. There are lots of good cafes and restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Rooms are big with lots of space. The apartment has got a terrace so you can enjoy your drinks outside. We had good time and relax there and would definitely come back.

Central location, spacious apartment, friendly host.

The cleanliness of the apartment must be improved, because it is visibly not cleaned properly - mouldy curtains in the bathrooms, stains on the walls and glasses in the bathrooms, lots of dust balls everywhere… The shower in one of the bathrooms was broken, as well as the shampoo holder.

I recommend accommodation in this place. The facility is located in the city centre. In the vicinity of bars, restaurants and major attractions. The flat was clean, everything was ok, and very nice and helpful owner.

Spot on city center

Great location, nice, big and cosy rooms, clean and neat. I can also recommend the restaurant in the same building, and the greek pastries in the cafe downstairs. The host was very kind and responsive. Parking is difficult, but the locations suggests it anyway! Totally enjoyed the stay!

De locatie en de ruime kamers waren perfect. Het appartement bevindt zich echt letterlijk in het centrum van de stad. Vanuit hier wandel je makkelijk naar alle bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Erg mooie locatie en stijlvol ingericht.

De vaatwasser bleek defect, op zich kan dit . Maar de vieze afwas van de vorige huurders stond er gewoon nog vies in. Een deel hebben we zelf maar afgewassen omdat we anders geen bekers/glazen hadden. Hier zou tijdens de schoonmaak/voorbereiding wel naar gekeken moeten worden. Misschien is het handig om vooraf via de chat iets meer details te geven over de exacte locatie van de ingang. Bijvoorbeeld met foto's.

Quando abbiamo contattato che non abbiamo sciampo, la signora ci ha detto che possiamo lavarci anche con il detersivo dei pavimenti.Quando abbiamo detto che il lavandino era pieno di sporcizia, la signora ci ha risposto che non è sporco, ma pieno di fondi di caffè.

Dovevamo entrare alle 15 e invece sono venuti a pulire l'appartamento alle 15.Quando siamo entrati era tutto sporco, pavimenti, lavandino bagni.Niente sapone, niente sciampo.Macchina di caffè non c'era. Frigorifero sporchissimo.Niente posate, piatti ecc.Tutte e due docce erano piene di capelli e terra

Личи си, че беше чистено преди да отидем, но просто не добре и не в детайли. Всичко е някак захабено и замърсено. Възглавниците и завивките бяха адски стари и износени. Всичко останало беше прекрасно!

Nicht empfehlenswert- äußerst schmutzig

Das Apartment ist sehr groß und zentral.

Der Gastgeber war kaum erreichbar, wir haben null Instruktionen erhalten wie wir in das Apartment gelangen. Letztendlich wurden wir auf das Restaurant verwiesen, dass uns gezeigt hat wo es ist. Das Apartment war wirklich abartig dreckig, Haare, Staub, verstopfter Abfluss. Es machte den Eindruck als wär es zwischen den Aufenthalten gar nicht geputzt worden. Die Betten haben ihre besten Tage bereits hinter sich. Wir waren sehr froh darüber, dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten.
