Good for one time

The owner was very communicative and upgraded us to a better apartment for the same price. The apartment was very spacious. I could check in the late evening.

The apartment wasn’t very clean, smelled quite bad (even the sheets) and we found a spider and small cockroaches in the bathroom. There was no box shower so the water went everywhere.

Not what we booked. Needs better set up if being offered as an apartment with facilities.

Easy to access through public transport

Wasn’t the property we booked. Did not have apartment necessities. Dishes were dirty, no knife or equipment for “apartment. could not cook. No garbage or recycling bed was small for two people. By ready comments it seems property you book is often not “available” told this place was an upgrade with a balcony. Balcony was an enclosed space with a fridge and dirty hot plate and microwave. Disappointing.

Close to Old Town but now what it seems on pictures and location given on this site

quiet apartment not far from the Old Town

The host is very rude (and/or UI), instead of giving instructions in advance per emails he insisted to be on video call with us (but not of him) and we had to drive in the car, while he was giving live updates on how to get to the property and get the key, although it was just a simple key box and he could have just sent a message... Asked us 10 times the same questions about pet and insisting to see who am I travelling with and what is the relation between us... The place was not very clean either! The location is not what is was stated on the site. You have to go through a minorities kind of ghetto to reach it. This is also your route to the Old Town every day... The accommodation is an old communistic concrete block apartment building with minority groups walking outside. I would not recommend being at night in that area.

The ghost apartment...

The position of the apartment, walking distance from the historical places.

we booked 1 apartment, we received confirmation of it plus confirmation of check in time. When we arrived to the address of the property, we called the owner and he proposed us 2 other apartments, because the one we booked was not available. Since we booked this apartment with garden view, due to the location, we insisted to have an apartment close by to be able to walk around in the city. The owner kept saying that other apartments were "better" than the one we picked, insisting to change apartment or to cancel and get refund. Finally he proposed 1 that was near, we accepted because it was hot, late and we were very tired. He was not kind at all with us, and in a very cold way he guided us to find the keys and the apartment. The apartment was stinking of cigarettes smoke... unbearable. The bed was small, not double at all... and the room was hot, because the AC is only in the living room. We did not walk away just because we did not have other options...stay away from this guy! Not transparent at all!!!

I warmly recommend this place

The guy who hosts this place is helpful and friendly. Communication works well. The place has everything you would need. There is a bathroom and even a kitchen if you like to cook. Everything was clean and my stay was very pleasant. Extra mention for the location which is excellent.

Perfect. Like staying in your friends flat when he’s away.

The location was amazing . Spacious and very practical. Like staying at your friends place while he is out of town. Everything was there. The aircon worked as it was really hot. It was great value for money. The owners didn’t keep us waiting, explained quickly and in detail all the facilities telefonically. Really practical.

Worth it

The host was really cool. I came in really late and he ensured I got inside and everything was working, so for that I am very grateful . The house isn’t a modern one or 5 star. But it definitely is worth what we paid and was hassle free. I was happy with it.

Prices are very low, the landlord was very helpful, we checked in very late and were a bot lost but the host was super patient.

בעל הדירה ממש נחמד, הגיע למקום כדי לתת את המפתח, היה שירותי מאוד וזמין במהלך כל ימי השהות בדירה, הדירה עצמה במרחק קצר מה״קאבנה״- האזור השוקק של העיר שמורכב מהמון מסעדות ובתי קפה וההרגשה מאוד בטוחה ונעימה. בדירה חדר שינה אחד ומקלחת והוא היה מאוד נקי.לא היה לי אינטרנט במשך השהות, בעל הדירה שהיה זמין ונחמד הסביר שזו תקלה והציע לי להחליף דירה אם ארצה, ויתרתי, אבך הנכונות שלו הייתה טובה.

הדירה בבניין דירות ישן, עורפית ושקטה, אין ממש על מה להתלונן והחוויה הייתה טובה

Ολα δεν μου άρεσαν το διαμέρισμα χάλια λες και δεν το είχαν καθαρίσει και μπήκαμε από τους προηγούμενους βρωμαγε υγρασία Φούλ δεν είχε ζεστό νερό σιχαινόμουν να πατήσω χωρίς παπούτσια και καθώς περίμενα τον ιδιοκτήτη αλλά δεν φταίει αυτός σε καμμία περίπτωση μου έκλεψαν κάτι εργάτες κάποια πράγματα στο αμάξι θέλει προσοχή ζητώ συγγνώμη αλλά ήταν χάλια όλα μόνο ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι καλός πρέπει να το ανακαίνισει

Perché ha bisogno anche di un frigorifero e di una lavatrice

Il padrone di casa ci ha dato un grande aiuto perché il nostro bus era in ritardo di oltre due ore e siamo riusciti a fare il check-in a mezzanotte e quaranta. Si ha dato un appartamento più comodo per arrivarci con un taxi. Nell'appartamento dove eravamo c'è anche la lavatrice ed un frigorifero quindi telecomunicabilità ulteriore per chi resta per qualche giorno in più

Lage ist super, alles andere nicht zu empfehlen

winzig kleines Zimmer mit viel zu kleinem Bett für zwei Personen, keine Handtücher, Bettwäsche noch zum Trocknen im Zimmer aufgehängt, nicht sauber oder ordentlich (z.B. benutzter Rasierer, der herumgelegen ist, Leintuch voller Löcher), wirkt wie eine umgebaute Garage. Adresse hat auch nicht gestimmt, wir haben zuerst vergeblich gesucht, bis uns der Gastgeber telefonisch die Adresse durchgegeben hat. Insgesamt (außer der Lage) nicht empfehlenswert.

Daire karanlık ve eskiydi. Eşyalar banyo yatak çok kötüydü. Yatak yayları batıyor hareket ettikçe gıcırdıyordu. İçerde ağır bir koku vardı.Gece üstümüzde böcekler yürüdü. Uzun bir yolculuktan gelmiştik ve çok yorgunduk. Halimiz olsa gece yarısı çıkıp gidecektik. Kesinlikle önermiyorum.
